Kitchen has never heard of gloves, every piece of cooked food is hand touched (gloveless) by at least 3 different people

Truly disappointed with the food but not the service. The takeout lady was phenomenal, nice, caring and understanding. The food was not good. Overcooked and old would not recommend to come back. Did not have a great experience with the takeout. Portions was not worth the money.

Bought the lunch special the steak . Very disappointed. The steak was tough a baked potato was not cooked. The salad had the rough parts that need to be taken out of the salad. I been watching outback on the reviews to see, should I go back?.

Had a great experience with our server Trevor, he was quick to get what we needed and very responsive. If I were to eat here again I’d ask for Trevor!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I haven’t been to outback in a long time, primarily because the last time I went to a different location everything was bad. The food was bad, the restaurant environment didn’t seem professional, just everything was not good. I got to get certificate which sent me to Outback today and wow what a difference. My server is Jasmine was absolutely and amazing. Hands-down the best service I’ve had in 10 years. She was professional, friendly, with a touch of humor that made my day. Food came out, fresh and hot, and she checked back to make sure everything was perfect. I don’t normally order seafood at a steakhouse, but I have the salmon and shrimp. although I would’ve liked a larger portion, it was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The big, sweet potato was also perfect with a side of house, sugar, and butter. My starting salad was fresh crisp with an excellent blue cheese vinaigrette that I really set the tone. I will be going back.

Mary was the best server ever! Or party is never easy to serve and she did it like a champ! If you're in the Madison Heights area... ask for Mary and tell her we sent you!

I was furious with under cooked chicken! Our server was very apologetic. The manager had them remake it. Didn't charge us. Still got it wrong. Won't be going back to this location.😡

The food was ok. I will say this, you have 2 super stars. The last few years, the decline service has been unreal. Unfortunately, this Outback has definitely taken a hit with service and food. It had been a while since our last visit. So we thought we'd try again, as we do love the food most of the time. My wife wasn't sure of what she wanted. Mary took the time to go over, what felt like, the entire menu. She was adamant about our experience being great. That it was! She checked back with us, we got refills before we needed to ask. She explained the bill and how to pay. She explained the rewards membership. Not to mention the $10 carryout special. Your other super star is Bri. She was the manager. She checked on our table a few times. She was funny and helpful. Those 2 are something to be proud of in this declining profession.

I went there for a late lunch last Sunday and they did seem to take a while with some stuff but the food was really great. They did seem to be a little under staffed as it wasn’t that busy and it took a while for the food to come out but that staff that did help were really nice.

The menus and tablet were a little dirty/sticky so I wish they could be cleaned more

Would recommend the salmon and blooming onion.

The free bread and butter is always a W since it's really good makes me want to go back
