Let me start off by saying I typically really enjoy Outback. This particular location is a train that has wrecked into a dumpster fire. Although our experience wasn't great, the staff partying in the back sounded like they were having a great time. Corporate desperately needs to overhaul this location

The service tonight was terrible and super slow even tho our waiter had 2 people helping him. The waiter sat down and took our ordered and he seemed to have had a attitude with us from the beginning. The food was just OK after it finally came out I had to ask for sauce twice and still never received it.

The server was attentive and fun without pressure.
The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned like a dream.
It was so sensory friendly too! For a lunch it's absolutely perfect. And wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisles and easy bathroom access. They also make sure you can get to the table without issues.

Upon arrival the restaurant was empty except maybe 4 tables at the bar area. We walked in with 2 other parties and we were all told very rudely 10-15 min wait. The server that was working the bar area said they would take the extra table and sat us. I believe their name was Sage. We ordered an appetizer and our meal. The salad came before the app. The cheese fry came out missing bacon which the server immediately said they would go get. Before the bacon was delivered (within 2 mins) our main entrees were already delivered. The server was definitely hustling and did their best to be attentive but the pace of the food was all wrong and whomever the woman was that initially greeted us (i believe was a manager) needs training on how to be polite/customer service to customers. I will not be heading back here anytime soon but will make the drive to the shelby location instead to get our weekly outback fix.

As usual, it’s hit-or-miss and usually a miss. Long wait, poor service and over-cooked steak. It started out good then our server seemed to just disappear while we were left waiting. If a server is re-assigned to help with carryout, then someone needs to cover their tables. Also, you might want to fix the broken/rocking table we were sitting at. I’m sure someone there realizes that it’s rocking back-and-forth and just ignores it. For the price, I expect more.
