I went there for a late lunch last Sunday and they did seem to take a while with some stuff but the food was really great. They did seem to be a little under staffed as it wasn’t that busy and it took a while for the food to come out but that staff that did help were really nice.
The menus and tablet were a little dirty/sticky so I wish they could be cleaned more
Would recommend the salmon and blooming onion.
The free bread and butter is always a W since it's really good makes me want to go back

Great experience at Outback in Madison Heights (MI) today. Family went out for my son's 36th birthday (08/10/25). Server Ashley was excellent. She went above and beyond, and was so nice throughout. Food was great. And I was surprised that they weren't packed at 5pm on a Sunday. Overall great experience today. 10/10, would highly recommend. Thanks Miss Ashley!

We love Paige at the Madison Heights Outback. The whole crew is awesome there. If you have a problem with this location you have issue in life. They will bend over backwards to serve you. Highly recommend!

Coconut shrimp cooked too dark. Too much flour in the batter, not enough coconut. Dipping sauce subpar. Shrimp not butterflied(it's more tender that way).
