Covid killed this place. This place used to be my go to, I work around the corner. Was always pretty expensive but used to be worth it. When a former manager left and went to Culvers, this place started to go down a little but about 2 months after that Covid hit, after the closing orders were lifted this place didn’t reopen right away and when they did it has never been the same. Service is ok, but the food is now gross. Been back about 5 times since the pandemic stuff and every time its been terrible. No longer even close to being worth the prices they charge. They need to just permanently close. No one I know goes here anymore.

Normally have a good experience here, but I came in with my fiancé one day and the worker informed me that they were "short staffed" and it would be like a half hour before we would get our food. There were two employees there and literally no other customers. They also weren't doing anything when we walked in. If it was busy I could understand. But no customers other than us? I don't get that. Whatever, I don't think we'll be back.

Good workers , bad food .Upon arriving home 20 minutes after getting carry out of 2 small subs , 1 order of fries , we discovered bits of plastic in the subs andHuman hair in both subs and in the fries as well . It was extremely gross and disgusting to pay that kind of money and not get edible food . A restaurant should take pride in what they serve !! We have reported this incident to corporate and are waiting a response .People in my family own restaurants and this would never happen !This place needs to be shut down , inspected and cleaned, and disinfected ASAP !!Today I am notifying the HEALTH DEPT !This incident happened 2 days ago , Jan 3RD, 2024 . What a gross ? way to start 2024 !

Everytime I order online something is wrong with my food. Today I ordered bacon which is $2 extra and of course it wasn't on my sandwich. The fries were half full. Won't be ordering anymore ?

Had a really good experience on this visit. We were impressed that the employee making the sandwiches had gloves on and changed them every time he was supposed to, made good sandwich recommendations, and kept the place clean. We look forward to returning to try out some of the other recommendations soon.The fresh squeezed lemonade could use more lemon and a little more sugar.

My sub was tasty but unfortunately very small. The last time I had penn station I was able to eat half and save half and split a large fry due to overflow. Unfortunately, This time I ate the entire sandwich and wasn't able to share the 6.99 fry due to it being a lot less and a lot smaller. Overall the food was over priced for the portion size and I most likely won't be back.
