Ordered a Pizza and wing delivery, card was charged immediately, initial estimate was 30-40 minutes. at 40 minutes I checked the link they sent for tracking the delivery and it said cancelled. No follow up email. If I had not checked the link I would never have know it was cancelled. Reason said invalid date whatever that means. Tried to call 4 times no answer no way to leave a message. What a joke, now i have to call my credit card company tomorrow to file a chargeback on this scam of a company.

They took my coupon, the trappers alley pizza with crab and shrimp on it looks like a regular pizza. It was delicious though and I tasted the shrimp and crab. I wish they offered regular crust and thick crust instead of thin only.

The pizza taste is always consistent! I usually get Wu-Tang pizza, very flavorful. Staff always professional, only suggestion is more light in parking lot, maybe a better noticeable sign. If you're not familiar with the area easy to miss. Overall I will continue to patronize Madison Heights location 😊

The pizza is great. The young lady with locs has a HORRIBLE attitude. Good lord. Whoever pissed her off, she's passing it on to the customer. That's a bad look for the business
