interesting menu but the quality and quantity are both a bit low for the price - you can do better a couple miles over at hippies pizza for a very similar price. loved that they will put a bunch of minced garlic under the cheese! it is good crust here but the rest of the dough just don't feel right. really cool they offer vegan cheese but for $3 extra, again i'd go to hippies if i wanted vegan pizza. under the impression this isn't the best of the pizzacat's but the branding is super cute

DONT GO HERE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. this place is a straight up SCAM dude i don’t ever even write reviews but i ordered online, paid the delivery free and tipped beforehand on their official website- the store even called me to ask about my order the delivery said eta was 920 and i got a text saying it was on the way at 912 945 rolls around so i give them a call to make sure they could find my house etc they tell me they can’t find a driver okay that’s fine so i just cancelled it it was a brief call so i called the next day to make sure everything was processing. the dude who answered was super rude and talking over me telling me they have no ability to refund me i have to call toast ( the POS system) so i call them and basically toast said this restaurant is lying and they don’t have access to their locations info receipts etc i just called to get my money back from my bank because ill be damned if these people have it. i hate you and i hope you go out of business i don’t even care lmao

vengful teapot
Ordered a Pizza and wing delivery, card was charged immediately, initial estimate was 30-40 minutes. at 40 minutes I checked the link they sent for tracking the delivery and it said cancelled. No follow up email. If I had not checked the link I would never have know it was cancelled. Reason said invalid date whatever that means. Tried to call 4 times no answer no way to leave a message. What a joke, now i have to call my credit card company tomorrow to file a chargeback on this scam of a company.

They took my coupon, the trappers alley pizza with crab and shrimp on it looks like a regular pizza. It was delicious though and I tasted the shrimp and crab. I wish they offered regular crust and thick crust instead of thin only.

Banana pudding not the same as other locations standing in the store for 6 minutes before anyone came out.
The pizza taste is always consistent! I usually get Wu-Tang pizza, very flavorful. Staff always professional, only suggestion is more light in parking lot, maybe a better noticeable sign. If you're not familiar with the area easy to miss. Overall I will continue to patronize Madison Heights location 😊
