Order extra cheese and pep with light sauce. Got regular cheese and pep with extra sauce. Man on phone argued that he personally reviewed that Order and the extra pep was under the cheese. Half the pizza had cheeseless pieces. No extra pep and tons of sauce. The service matched up with the bad reviews. Expensive disappointment that I won't repeat.

I just tried to order food the mean lady who seems as if she don’t want to work today told me I couldn’t order over the phone to go online.. I thought that was strange so I had someone call and she took her order with no problem. Long story short I will not be eating at this location again. If you have an attitude just don’t go to work call off.

So the “manager” here is a total racist. Did not get good service but as soon as anyone else who were obviously Caucasian, he was treating them so great. And I saw him give someone else a plain cheese pizza that I ordered and refused to purchase because of the treatment. Tommy is the name of the manager which I doubt is even the manager, he needs training again if that is the case.

They used door dash to delivery my food 2.6 miles awa, never buying pizza hut again as it isnt advertised thats what they do.and they added the 6.00door dash fee to my bill without itemizing it.

Used to order regularly from this place(once a week). Took a break from ordering in for awhile. Decided to have a little cheat meal today. I was Missing an 8 piece wing, missing the 3 order of BBQ sauce, gave me a cheese burger melt instead of a chicken bacon melt. Wow. Needless to say my next cheat meal won't be these guys... nothing was done to compensate.

On July 1, my children and I spent the whole day at summer camps, cleaning the house, and running errands. In the afternoon, our special dinner was going to pizza hut. Yes, pizza hut of all places. We walked three miles to the Pizza at 31315 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093 with a wagon and a steel water bottle in 70 degrees. After about an hour and half of walking we arrived at the Pizza Hut. Tired, hungry and accomplished, ready for our treat. As soon as we entered, a woman of large size with a blond ponytail and unclean shirt told us, and I quote," You can not bring the water bottle in here." I said, " it's empty, there is nothing inside." She said "you can't fill up in here and you can't have it in here." The empty water bottle that moments ago was filled with the last ice water to sustain my children not collapsing in the sun. I looked at my children, no need to explain their disappointment.
A t the location, there are not fountain drinks at the location accessible to patrons. So there is not boards or policies stating that someone who walked over an hour would not be able to bring an an empty water bottle.
This was clearly discrimination and my children and I were denied services after walking over an hour to Pizza Hut. Does Pizza have a policy about steel water canters when patrons walk over an hour to their locations? Is this policy enough to refuse services? My children and I were denied food to eat because we had an empty water bottle. Can you imagine what time period I'm in?

I began to drive to the store and replaced another order because I wasn’t getting a response. I stayed on hold. When someone finally picked up the phone he asked if I wanted to place an order. I told him what had happened and he proceeded to tell me that my correct order couldn’t be made and that the order I’d place was ready. How is it that you were just trying to take my order when you picked up the phone but now that you know my issue I can’t place an order. So now my order is just canceled because I’m not getting a pizza I don’t want. He says they didn’t answer the phone because they were running around cleaning the restaurant so they could go home. Very unprofessional and nonchalant, I will never spend another dollar with this PizzaHut establishment, they barely give you toppings anyway. The workers are a-holes who don’t care about their jobs.
