The guys and gal that work the night shifts on the weekend are always so great. Always get food out in a timely manner. I've been coming for about two years at this point and will continue to do so! The chicken pasta and Buffalo melt are my favorites!

Ordered the Big Dinner Box online from work to be ready immediately after leaving work. Picked it up and it was seemingly room temperature as I was even early for my carry out. Ordered Meatlovers, Vegetarian , Cajun dry rubbed wings and bread. Only live 12 mins away and as soon as my husband and I opened box, the cheese was already hard. The crust and bread looked flat, plated up and the pizzas and bread crust were dry and hard, there was little to no sauce and again cheese was tasteless and hard. It also ajd a weird aftertaste. Bit into the wings …also hard and dry. I literally wanted to take the pizza back. Wanted to give it to my dogs. It wasn’t til later that night when we both were racing for the bathroom and up several times that night that I decided to write this review AND instead of giving to the dogs, throw it out instead. $38 down the drain!

I called up there after making my online order to ask the manager a question. She was very rude to me and it is my fault for placing an online order without me checking the reviews they’re at 3.6 that is very poor for a restaurant but once again, the manager was a very rude person and she does not deserve to be a manager. I wouldn’t hire her to clean my bathrooms. and the date of my order was February 12, 2024 and I placed the order around 9:45 PM and my ticket number was 0070

TERRIBLE I mean terrible service if I could rate this zero stars I would the lady on the phone named cat was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people rushed me off the phone because I complained about how the pizza wasn’t fresh and was stale asked me to bring the whole pizza back which I had no problem doing she stated that because it was in the heater waiting to be picked up (10 minutes) it made it like that I didn’t know a pizza could get stale that quick I went to go pick up the new pizza told her that’s not how you treat customers and that I didn’t understand why she was so rude I stated I didn’t like the way she was talking to me and she told me that it’s fine and she’ll see me next time will definitely never come back to this location no thank you.

The lady who answered the phone was rushing me off the phone very rude. Then when i went in she was still rude and when i asked for dipping sauce for my chicken she said i had to pay extra because the sauce on the chicken was the only sauce. How if I’m getting buffalo chicken it supposed to come with dipping sauce but the pizza was burned the crust was hard and there were barely pepperoni on the pizza. Do not recommend this place.

The food was very good because I eat here all the time. The people behind the counter were very nice. Well, it was your average pizza place atmosphere.
I am an over the road truck driver and I tried numerous times to call this location to get a pizza delivered to me and each time, I kept getting people who didn't speak proper english nor understood what I was trying to order and simply hung up on me. Won't call here again.

Overall bad experience. The bathroom says not for public, but I was under the impression a paying customer would be allowed. Apparently that's not the case. Oh well I guess that's the new norm.My biggest complaint is the quality of the pizza I ordered. I opened it to verify my order, and one side of the pizza had no cheese on it! You could see the bread of the pizza slices and when I brought it to the attention of the store employee cashing me out, their response was yes there's cheese on it. Clearly they don't care about customer service so I didn't raise any problems and left. I will be taking pictures and contacting someone who will actually make this right. In the meantime check your order or choose another location. I used to like coming here because of the quality. That changed it appears...

Really no excuse for this. No responsibility taken for the pizza. All crust. Also I ordered boneless wings which were delivered with just the cajun package of seasoning. so I had to season them myself after they are dry now and it wont stick.
