Food lacked seasoning, and service was slow, uninviting and very disappointing. Reservation was at 2:45 was seated after 3 PM the restaurant was not busy enough to warrant the wait time. The food was not very good at all, nothing like I remembered for red lobster.

The server was a delight and the food was decent albeit the lobster was a bit tough and pricy but the veggie & potato was perfect and the biscuits are always a hit. I think it's a matter of try to do a few things well vs so many choices.

My mother and I came to eat Sunday. Our waitress was ok but not really customer friendly. She was just trying to get her tip. My drink was weak, food was cold and took extra long. The waitress Aaquila called the manager. That took so long my mom was like just bring the bill and containers. Then they charged is for food we never got. Horrible, horrible experience!!! Prices are higher, food is less, and the drinks are weak. No going to red lobster again. I’m not into giving my money away and be cheated and mishandled.

It would be a 5 star review if the manager new what the he'll he was doing. The server mark tried his hardest and did a great job handling all the issues. His manager on the other hand was an idiot and needs to be trained better

Bloody hell!!! Absolutely horrid! This is the Red Lobster in Madison Heights on 12 Mile just to be clear. The food was so salty it couldn’t be eaten, it was either floating in some gelatinous liquid or shriveled up like a humiliated raisin left in the hot summer sun. They also neglected to include one of our orders. There is nothing good that I can post regarding this restaurant. The service was akin to the Maricopa County prison guards in Arizona, everything was a great annoyance to them, our meals were grotesquely overpriced and were so soggy, dry, salty or a combination of all three at once that they were not edible and we had to throw them away. There were only three of us in our bill was $150. Thank God we did take away because it would not have been a pretty sight in person. This Red Lobster was absolutely disgusting. Do not go and do not get take away. Just avoid this restaurant at all costs. Did I mention it was absolutely vile? 🤢😡🤢😡🤢

We had a reservation for 7:30 pm. We showed up a bit early 7:12. We waited till 7:38 which isn’t that bad of a wait considering our reservation time. However at the time I am writing this it is 7:53 and no one has approached our table to bring us water, the famous cheddar bay biscuits or to even acknowledge us. At 7:54 someone finally walks up to our table but he walked away one second later to take care of another table. Let’s see what time he comes back. He came back around 8:00 pm and we finally got some cheddar bay biscuits and water at 8:04. I’m not sure if it was just us but the time we got seated till the time we got any type of service was unreasonably long. Once we order the food came out quick and it was very good. The service just needs to be improved.

Steven W. was my waiter. He did an amazing job! He was very professional, great hospitality, and a pleasure. He went above and beyond his work duties to ensure he provided excellent service. Model employee.
Came in work attire ( construction) but clean. Still treated coldly by hostess, waited 25 mins for seating when the restaurant wasn’t busy and the bar was empty. I was put on a texting waitlist but another table was sat in front of me while I went outside to briefly wait. When I came in, I noticed they were sitting but I still waited maybe 5 mins in which she suggested I might like a carry out several times. Just when I went to leave she said it was my turn. Server was decently nice, but it left a damper. Food was what’s expected from Red Lobster, Piña Colada had no alcohol was kind of watery.
