Service was quite slow. Dishes were not cleared timely, drinks were not refilled / offered. Seafood was overcooked; lobster tail could not be even scraped for meat. Shrimp were hard to get off the skewer. Steaks were overcooked. Another patron had a top on that contained obscenities. If there were children in my party I would've left. Appetizers were ok and salmon was very good. Overall, however, we will not be back to this location.

It's red lobster. We tend to expect good service every time and we got it. Staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was good, biscuits were good. Overall a good experience.

Ordered (2) dinners Shrimp Alfredo for myself and Coconut Shrimp for my mother to carry out. Got it home ate it and shortly after had stabbing stomach pains and than came the severe vomitting, diarrhea, cramping, sweats, chills, bleeding … the whole works. This was so violent. Never been sick that this … food poisoning !!! Luckily it wasn’t my 90 yr old mother or we would have been in the ER. I was still sick on Sunday and Monday, which I called the restaurant inform the manager who was in a conference and left message to be called back also told her I got food poisoning. No call back that day or the next day. Called & asked for manager on Tuesday evening. Was on hold than I got a Hello! And I said Hi! Is this a manager which she did not introduce herself as a manager when she took the call so I asked her name Miss Tanya. Tried to explained I ate food from their Saturday evening and got food poisoning. I was violently ill. She said did I I go to the hospital and I responded no I was taking care of my elderly mother. Plus I was in no condition to drive a car. She told me that I didn’t have food poisoning that that takes 24 hours and she had been in this business for 40 years. I told her I looked up food poisoning and that what I had. She again said she doesn’t know where I got my info. So I was like ok well I guess we’re done here. Said I could talk to their insurance company but their was no food issues there. I don’t know why I bother to call, I just expected more concern. Everyone pleade BEWARE!!! I was in such pain and a day off work for this?
I will not ever be returning to this restaurant again!!! Such a waste of our hard earned money 😤
I have been a of Red Lobster fan for 20+ years, and I feel like this location just misses the mark with quality and service. There were a few women working at the bar, and I didn’t feel like they were very attentive. It seemed like they weren’t always behind the bar, and a couple of the servers walking by the bar were making comments about guests at their tables, which made me uncomfortable. It took a long time to get biscuits (all parties at the bar were waiting for it), almost when my entrée arrived, and they were on the dry side. The shrimp scampi was overly saturated in butter, and the side of broccoli (only 1 side with entrees now) seemed like a small portion and was very over-cooked, as the pieces would fall apart after picking up with a fork. Maybe this is all Red Lobsters with the food quality now but I was very disappointed and will avoid this location.

Food was actually pretty good. We both got the shrimp sampler platter which was a great value. We also had the lobster pizza appetizer and that was amazing!

Do expensive this Red Lobster is outrageously expensive, the only time I'd consider going is to celebrate something important, but actually there's so many budget friendly restaurants out here that are quite good compared to Red Lobster, I will go somewhere else. First time having it and I can say there's way better options.
