I give this establishment w 1 star only because one of there bartenders serves you based only on you getting along with one or two of her regular customers , other than that the management are great people along with the other servers , the server with the most seniority is the only thing wrong at the establishment ...

They are getting ready for Football and will be opening up on Sundays soon! They now carry Modelo beer in the bottles. Saturday Nights rock with the jukebox, pool and darts! Bloody Mary's on special!

This bar is a hidden gem. Iconic ship structure inside and out. Beautifully maintained, well run by management, well maintained interior. A great mix of locals and newcomers. Importantly: not a loud, overrun bar, but a place you can have a good conversation with your friend without having to yell at them: highly recommend as an alternative to the overcrowded bars in nearby Royal Oak, Hazel Park, etc.

Great potential but missed the mark. They did have a dart board and pool table which was nice. Would be a great spot if they had an outdoor area this summer.

Stopped by on a whim because of the fun name and totally fell for this dive spot. The few people sitting around us on this rainy Saturday mid afternoon were clearly regulars - I can see why - and made us feel welcomed and at home. Wished I grabbed the name of the woman behind the bar, she was super nice and attentive. The tasty chicken tenders helped soften the blow of the Tigers choking 2 games into the season. Will be stopping by again and again.

Of all the dive bars Ive been to, this is one of them. This is a place for cheap beer and straight shots. But you know what it has going? Its a bar that looks like an f'ing PIRATE SHIP. And as a cheap dive bar, it succeeds. Not exceptional, but not the worst. I have yet to try the food, so that will be in a later update

Great dive bar in all ways. Clean, unique decor/aesthetics, very friendly staff, uncrowded and cosy. Great alternative to crowded bar scene in nearby Royal Oak, Ferndale, etc.

1 star in the best way possible. Don't let that dissuade you from going

CLEARLY this place is a front for something nefarious. Not a chance in H*LL it stays open through patronage. It 100% should be on the Madison Heights' radar. It has potential because it's different. People should just start to infiltrate with large groups of friends and demand certain beers and liquor. Maybe the community can turn it into something respectable. Good God this place is shady.

Very high class hipster joint ! Yes regulars are all college types. Kinda sweater vest types. Several craft beers and spirits available. The chef I hear is a 5 star
