Just tried to eat here, 16 Nov 2024 at 7:00 PM. The restaurant was full so the hostess put us on the list, I was standing next to her and could see that the list didn’t have any other names on it. The hostess then asked us to go wait outside so we didn’t clog up the entranceway. She took our number, and I pointed out the window at my car and said “We will be in that car!” It was a little weird to ask us to leave the restaurant to wait, but whatever, we played along.
While sitting in our car with a view through the restaurant window, we watched two parties come in. Both were immediately seated. Between these couples coming in, we watched the hostess talk to another restaurant employee (manager maybe?) and point at our car. While walking one of the couples to their table, the hostess looked at us in our car and made eye contact with us.
We then walked in the restaurant. Without saying a word to the hostess, she said to us “Did you ignore my call?” We watched her the entire time while we were waiting, she didn’t attempt to call. She just sat the couples that walked in and completely ignored us because it was easier. Then, once we came in, she tried to tell us it was our fault. Even if we didn’t answer her call, she knew exactly where we were, no attempt was made to wave us in or come get us.
To be fair, the food looked good and restaurant smelled amazing. Your hostess, however, is a liar. We just left and went to another Italian restaurant.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the last month and both times was disappointed with the food quality/taste and the slow service. I went back a second time due to my father having gone here for many years and really enjoying the eggplant parmesan. Immediately he commented that the dish looked different than what he had seen from this restaurant before. He barely ate three bites reporting it was mushy and flavorless. My nephew ordered veal and was disappointed. I ordered their handmade pasta and the only thing that made it enjoyable was the extra cheese and mushrooms on top that cost $3 in addition to the $16 for just the pasta and sauce. Walking out of the restaurant spending over $100 everyone at the table was disappointed. It did not feel it was worth the money and I went home and made something else to eat because I had no interest in finishing what I ordered. I sadly would not recommend this restaurant.

Has an old-school vibe, family-friendly.
The food was good, and the server was friendly with explaining the menu. Good place to stop and grab a bit to eat.

disappointed--haven't been here in years--we always had fond memories of the place--decided to stop today--place is pretty--food is good--prices are fair--problem
was we had a surly waitress--never smiled or said hello or thank you--going out to us means a 'happy time'--guess we will try their other locations in the
future......

I felt like the menu was intentionally deceptive. It says in bold at the top "Homemade Pasta". We went in specifically for this, expecting the pasta to be made in-house, only to be told that it's box pasta and that "homemade" means "build your own". The server seemed irritated at me when i said that it felt misleading, and she said it was 'my own interpretation'. I tried to explain that "homemade" implies from scratch, or housemade...not build-your-own. But, either way, it feels quite pricey for box pasta. Also, the salad was DRIPPING in dressing, completely saturated. The main dish was good, and there was lots of parking which is awesome! but I don't think I'll be returning. Also, their phone system doesn't work (I had tried to call to make a reservation and it hung up on me twice and the third time said the entry was invalid).

We arrived around 8pm on a night they close at 9pm. Food was decent (although the sauce on my pasta side tasted like it came out of a can) but the waitstaff were brusque and clearly just wanted to go home. It was very cold inside the restaurant even after we asked if they could turn down the blower. It was also extremely noisy while they were cleaning up for the night- dishes clanging and rattling, chairs being stacked on tables, etc. They did not seem to care if there were people trying to enjoy a meal while they were doing all of this. No need to ever go back.
