If you’re looking for authentic Malaysia here in the heart of Metro Detroit, you have most definitely come to the right place. I can say this with confidence as someone who has had the pleasure of traveling to Malaysia on three separate occasions in recent years. The bubble tea, albeit only offered in 16 oz size, is fairly priced, delicious, and automatically served with high-quality tapioca pearls. The Nasi Lemak is definitely worth the price despite what some might claim to be a few bucks more than comparable dishes because it is the REAL DEAL! It tastes as if it were made in Malaysia and had me reminiscing of my time there with every bite. The adorable decor and friendliness of the staff definitely represents the warm spirit of Southeast Asia beautifully!

I have probably driven past this place so many times and did not know it existed until this past year. This truly is a Hidden gem. Each bite was exploding with flavor, I felt like I traveled across the country just dining in here. I can’t say I’ve had Malaysian food before and my experience. Here did not disappoint. Just have to go in and try whatever peaks your interest. The staff was very friendly and the food came out very quickly. I would definitely come here again! Highly recommend checking this place out, I will definitely be back.

Portion was so tiny but great quality
I love the Roti Canai, Hainanese Chicken with rice and the sauteed bok choy. Will keep going back even for just these! The fish balls were good, too, but way too small for the price which I don't think justifies it. I would try their other menu options next time.

This food is incredible. Delicious and special. The size of the meals is small however. The price is not bad. I highly recommend the rendang.

Malaysian here!
This is the best Malaysian restaurant in Michigan (I’ve tried them all). This is the only one in metro Detroit, I go here when i miss home. It’s the closest you’re going to get to actual street food here in the States. It’s run by a nice Malaysian family, they are happy to modify anything vegetarian for me.
The portions are pretty big, idk why a couple of reviews are saying they’re not? Are you expecting 2-3 meals/ leftovers? Lol
Decently priced for the area & flavor

A great gem for those who know! Food is authentic and service is attentive. Casual dining room, reservations are not needed.
Nice place! Not much to say. Very quiet but good food.
Just saw someone else shared that they got food poisoning from here and wanted to come here and give people a warning. I used to come here more when I lived by and didn’t have a problem with it. But the last time I came here, my husband and I both had food poisoning.
Malay Food was great. Had the Nasi Lemak. Rice was wonderful. The Roti appetizer was really good too. Seemed authentic. Tom Kha soup was great (Thai). Did not try the Chinese food. The place needs an update for the decor. People are great too. It is easy on the wallet. You should go more than once to get used to the food.
Roti canai was good. Thai curry was bad. It’s an OK place.
