I had an order with 3 items. Each one was wrong for different reasons. 1 ham was turkey, a Philly with deluxe meat had very little and the cheese was missing all together, I asked for 4 cookies & got 2. I called as soon as I noticed no answer. Called the next day spoke the lady on duty, she called the manager who called me back. She said she would investigate and call me back, no call.

This location is a very clean place, Krystal makes sandwiches with love! We pass 2 other subways and choose to come to this location because the great customer service and Krystal is amazing to my son and I. My son says Krystal makes the sandwiches with her whole heart! Thank you for being amazing to us!

Very rude. The girl waiting on me didn't know anything about the menu items or the app. She told her co worker when she walked in that she was leaving and her stomach hurt. Her co worker was like again
Every time I go to Subway it's a mess. They should just close like so many already have. ?

I had placed an order through the app for my order that I had saved through the app as one of my favorites, and for some reason it didn't save as toasted for the sandwich. I understand that there are technical difficulties when ordering through the app sometimes, but when I went to explain this to my "sandwich artist", she was rude and abrasive. She said "Well that's not what it says on the receipt, we didn't mess anything up on our end. I won't remake it or toast it for you unless you buy a new one." And then she went on to ignore me. She was not warm and welcoming or trying to understand the issue, just wanted me to get out of the store. Then when I get home to eat my sandwich, I find that it does not have the right portions, rather it has half portions. I don not understand how this "sandwich artist" still has a job. I will not be ordering from this location again.
