Today marks the last time I will be going to this restaurant after going there for 10+ years. Over the last few years the quality of service and the food has plummeted completely. Today my experience was the final straw. First we got there and were seated by a hostess she was pleasant. Then we sat there for 20+ minutes for a waitress to come take our drink orders. We ordered our drinks and put in an appetizer for a blooming onion usually our favorite. The waitress comes to our table with our drinks and then proceeds to spill them all over our legs table and floor. She went to go get us new drinks and only received one of the remaining two drinks we ordered (the third never came). We finally get our blooming onion after 25 minutes and start to eat it we got a few bites in to realize that more than half of it was entirely raw, batter flour and raw onion. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said would you like a new one or just be comped. I chose comp. Then our starters came out for our meal my chili was cold not even lukewarm. We receive our meal and my steak which I ordered medium rare came out very over cooked and dry. We finished what we could stomach and asked for the bill. When we received the bill our blooming onion was not on there but an entirely different appetizer that we didn’t order which was more expensive was on there. I asked the server to remove it and said oh yea they added that on there for some reason? What?!?! That added almost $15 more to the bill I’m glad I caught it. We received our expensive bill for just two people for terrible service and undercooked and overcooked food and it was still astronomical. Needless to say I will never be returning to this restaurant and I would highly recommend you dont either.

We WALKED OUT after I asked the manager for a seat that was not close to others near closing time. She said “I’ll see what I can find”. I watched her walk straight back to the kitchen and not even look for us a seat. We waited for about five minutes, walked to the door, asked for any manager and she ignored my wife and I, so I left.

This is normally our favorite place to have steak and we have had good experiences before. This Sunday, me, my husband and my kid came to have meal together. Our server took awhile to take our orders and he mixed up our drinks. I got a mocktail and my husband got a corona. He brought out a coke and a water. Then he went check at the computer and said there was no more corona. He also brought my mocktail out when we almost finish with our food. We asked for a high chair or a booster seat but he said it will be a while because he can’t find any. We ordered 2 medium rare stakes, one came out so rare that my husband could not eat. We didn’t want to him to brought back to the kitchen because our kid was tired and we just wanted to leave The restroom smelled so bad I didn’t not want to come in. I felt so bad for customers who sat next the that restroom. I don’t know if I want to come back there. Maybe I will but not on the weekends

The 12oz ribeye and rib combo was chef’s kiss—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We had it with a sweet potato and green beans on the side, and every bite hit the spot. Definitely enough to split (I shared with my mom), and we both walked away happy and full. Great food, great portions. Yum yum indeed!
Only downside? The atmosphere was loud—like, really loud. Not ideal if you're looking for a quiet meal. Still, the food made up for it.

I love the fall off the bone ribs. I don't have to ask for butter, bread, eating utensils, or napkins. I've visited other locations and I've found some things missing, like plastic ware, and or napkins. Thankfully this location gets it. You have to visit, if the carry out is this special I can I know dining in is a fabulous experience. Enjoy every one.

Good food but poor service. Servers are assigned too many tables to follow up properly. Person delivering food is not the person who took your order. Never asked if steaks were the right temp or if we needed anything else. Never asked if we wanted a refill or dessert. Had to ask and wait again for the bill. Door dash makes more sense every day as waiters and waitresses no longer know how, or are capable, of providing good service.
