I ordered breakfast in the drive thru, and my hash brown, sandwich and donut was just thrown in the bag together without being wrapped up. I won't return to this location ever.

Tried to get Boston cream donuts & Tim Bits yesterday, they were out - I left with nothing.

Tried to get a large triple triple today, I got a large coffee with cream and no sugar. I stopped coming to Tim Hortons because of the poor quality and constantly out of everything, I was just really craving some donuts and some coffee. I won’t be back, I’m tired of being disappointed.

Just stopped by to get half a dozen donuts. Was told to go the next window. The dude just handed out a box and when asked why didn’t I get to choose my donuts one he gave me an attitude like why I’m even there. I guess he didn’t have enough sleep last night. Will never go there anymore.

Just stood inside for 7 minutes waiting to be helped. Watching 6 workers inside serving and making drive thrus orders.
Finally walked out and left!!!! Worst service. Will not go back!!!!!

Taking a long time to do the order.

I'm a Canadian living in the USA and made the mistake of going into this Tim Hortons for coffee and donuts. I want to wash my hands before I place my order for sanitary reasons and was told both bathrooms were out of order which I found kind of quite gross because how does the staff watch their hands. I guess they never heard of health department regulations that a person must be able to wash their hands before they eat when they can dine in, so I just simply walked out. Yuck. I wonder how clean the food you're being served at the drive-thru or how sanitary the equipment is.

I called the store at 6:30 am for 5 dozens of assorted donuts. I drove there within 10 minutes and my order was ready. Great customer service at this location all the time. Wish they provided more of the Boston custard cream though. Will try to give them an ample notice next time.

The fact that I spent $14 and got this hockey puck is insane! I’ve never felt so disrespected! To get to my destination only to open this hockey puck! Get it together !!!!!!

Got drive thru. Service was spot on. Got my order right but the hashbrown was rubbery and the sandwich was a mess.
