Dark Roast was luke warm and tasted like it was made hours ago, I couldn't even finish it
I have had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons! Not only are the workers super sweet and love to make you laugh but the inside of the place is filled with decorative items for the holidays. So over all it is super cozy and friendly people with delicious donuts, food, and coffee! I highly recommend going here!!

What I love about this Tim Hortons location is the staff only. They are caring, funny and most importantly respectful with each and every person. 🥰(Things we’re a little rocky at one point) if they see this and work at the 12 mile location the staff will know what this means 😂 but in all honesty and seriously I will stop coming here if any of them were to quit. So don’t quit 😡😂🤦🏽♀️

they are probably one of the best tim hortons i have ever been to. the customer service is top tier and they’re food is so fresh especially the donuts when you first come in the morning. will be coming here again and again thank you.

I ordered a cup of hot chocolate, but what they brought me was like a cup of plain water.
The worst parking lot. Right fit and if you made a mistake pulling in, you are stuck waiting for the drive through to clear until you can leave, which also means, if you're in the drive through and someone is pulling out who didn't buy anything, you can't even pull up. Whoever designed this location should be forced to sit through it daily. Service...the guy made us reorder at the window for some reason and the price went up 2 dollars.

I had to come back and redo my review because we just love us some Charlotte. She brightens our morning she’s sooo sweet and friendly . She make sure our sandwiches are fresh and our order is right YOU GO GIRL 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾
