The drive thru funnels you right into the street after being trapped so you can’t leave. It’s an issue because they’re insanely understaffed and it took me 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. They toasted it right but the bagel is stale as hell.

Horrible food horrible service do not eat here. Bagels are overcooked. They load tons of cream cheese, where you have to wipe it off enough to make you 12 bagels with cream cheese, horrible

Why Is the worst Tim Hortons in the area right by the freeway they do not carry blueberry bagels or Earl Grey tea
Update: went again early this morning. Gave me a bag of bagels, instead of my actual order. I called hoping making a complaint over the cx service line would make some sort of change but it didn’t. Went back just for them to tell me they were out of everything in my original order. I’m so done with this restaurant!
Half of the items on their menu is unavailable, they never have bacon, never have croissants. Nothing. They don’t have majority of the beverages listed. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon and eggs, they didn’t have bacon or eggs. Why are you guys even here if you never have anything? And if you’re franchised, the franchiser should consider giving the restaurant back to the company if they can’t afford to have at least 40% of the menu available. It’s getting embarrassing now. And Christmas has nothing to do with it because you guys didn’t have anything in the fall or summer, either. I drive out to the corporate Tim Hortons now because this one is an embarrassing joke.

Stale bagels and they toast them to be rock hard to which you can’t even bite into them. I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese. They came without sausage, egg, or cheese that is a first I must say. I will not be back to this location.

After and appt and on my way to work, I stopped to grab breakfast this morning. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant, coffee and 2 donuts. I was not given a total at the speaker and upon getting the window I handed in a $20. I was given change of $5.20. I was stunned! Almost $15 for my order. I questioned that employee who just said that was the price. I asked if the receipt was in the bag, and she reached to the register and handed me a receipt.
Upon review, I was charged for sausage on the sandwich and I was charged for 5 donuts (though they only gave me 2, so obviously they understood that I only ordered 2). I pulled back around, and went into the restaurant where I had to wait 5-7 minutes to be helped, and was then told that since I went through the drive through I would have to go back through the drive through to get a refund. What?!!!! In the store, I am literally standing 6 feet from the drive through. So, I go back to the car, wait behind 3 other cars to go to the window to ask for a refund, and they wanted to through away the sandwich and re-make it in order to refund the sausage. It took me 5 min to get them to understand that I was fine pulling over the sausage and they should just refund the cost for the sausage patty and extra donuts. Eventually that is what was done, but OMG I was there for 25 minutes.

I started coming to this location when it first opened because the 11 mile location was just awful. The service and food was great. The last three times I've been to this location they have messed up the orders and the food is all stale, from the donuts to the bagels. The staff seems nice, but this place has fallen off. Usually a sign of poor leadership.

The worst tim hortons ever. Workers dont care what they give you received a hard bagel and the coffee was bad THE TWO SIMPLEST THINGS TO MAKE.. AVOID this tim hirtons at all cost. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I go every Monday and Friday on my day off. Today, it seemed to be staffing problem. There was a delayed wait at the speaker. And my order was wrong.. I tried calling but no answer.
