After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I get home and of course I'm missing something so with 10 minutes left before the Store is to close just to let them know that I'm missing something no big deal. I can get it on the backend another time. What I'm mad about is they decided to take their phone off the hook after I called four times and nobody answered. Great customer service, could've been something simple and easy fix now I'm going to call corporate. All you had to do is answer the phone and say we close in 10 minutes we no longer are taking orders. Sorry for the inconvenience. But now you want to take the phone off the hook .

The service has seriously gone down hill,ordered 2 jumbo classic famous and they were so skimpy!! If they're trying to be like subway, they have succeeded! Definitely not worth 58 damn dollars ( we also got an order of fries and mushrooms)

Everytime I try to go here they are always closed early… not just on Sundays like it says 6pm.. but during the week they close at 7pm what is the point. They need to hire new management.

I was now turned away twice at this location because they want to close their lobby early. Each time we came with a group to eat in and were within their hours of operation

Great food. My complaint is I went out of my way to this location because the I had went another day last week and gotten the nicest lady in drive thru. Came in this time. Waited 10 min before being helped... no problem didn't care it happens and I choose to wait and go there. When I finally gotten help I said "I kinda have a big order" i want 4 small subs and some sides. The look on the cashiers face was enough to make me want to leave and give my money to another location...they are literally on just about every other street. After her nasty look and then looked at the cooked as if they didn't want to take my "large" order. And if it wasn't after 8 I definitely would have walked out and gave another tubbys my order and I literally have to drive by one to get home in the other direction so because of her i may not be back. Because of us customers....you have a job and are open for business.

They just locked their door and shook their head no at 8:09 pm when they close at 9 while we were approaching, not sure why that would happen, maybe they were getting robbed?

Food was amazing ? I Had the Philly cheesesteak sub. With seasoned fries ? definitely will try again ?
I just drive through. The service is friendly and quick. It is a bit pricey but it is filling and fast. I normally get the Philly Steak and Cheese with the taco sub. Sometimes I get the Poppers and fried mushrooms. I have never been disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: You can have it the way that you want it.
