When I cane through the drive thru the lady had an attitude and would not let me speak. I've had this happen in drive thrus but this was excessive!! Get my food and the sour cream is bad! When I called the lady had a very nasty attitude!! I must have had it in the heat she said. It was between to hot sandwiches and its not going to spoil that quick!!

Went for the new frosty. I got a caramel swirl. My son got the strawberry. They were ok. No problem. Wendy's needs to adjust the pricing. It's just a frosty with some syrup added.

The food is good, the drive-thru is quick, and they get the orders right. Appreciate all this since it is becoming rarer with fast food places. My go-to is the Biggie Bag as a quick, small meal.
Sitting in drive thru 50 minutes before close with someone inside just being ignored for over 10 minutes.

I Made an online order, they gave the person behind me my ordered drinks and me his food. When she handed me a single small bag instead of my order and I said I think its the wrong order, she just shut the window mid sentence . Going inside they didn’t apologize, handed me the right bag and didn’t remake or hand me my drinks. horrible service they weren’t busy at all.
