I had a T-mobile order and these people were absolute trash. This was such a racist experience, waste of time, and the lack of leadership and experience. The old woman was very unfriendly and rude. “First come first serve” and she kicked me out of line to pursue other customers. Wendy is absolute trash and state board should come down and inspect their dirty kitchen and unsanitary food! Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I went there today, my bf asked fr fresh fries after eating some, the lady took the fries out his bag and put them back with other fries and gave them to someone in the drive thru, me my bf and cashier all looked in disbelief 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

**Raw Chicken: Been to this location (Dequindre Rd Madison Heights, MI) about 10 times during the day shift and had no issue. Day staff is pretty friendly. It's the one time I went at night that was a miserable experience. Manager Latasha has a bad attitude and rude. She was having customers pull ahead into the parking spaces to avoid the drive-thru timer and then bring your order out 20 minutes later. Got my food finally and had to eat in my car while driving back to work because my lunch break was already used up waiting. Chicken sandwich was soggy pink and raw in the middle. Almost threw up. My Dave's double was cold dried out with a rock hard bun, like it had been sitting in a bin for several hours. Then the next night I went there to try and get refund and she would only give partial refund because I ate the fries even though I gave her the bag with three sandwiches back because I obviously didn't eat it. Couldn't bear to give me the extra $2 for my inconvenience. Eventually somebody will get sick and this place will be sued. Night shift is just lazy and doesn't give a crap about their job or customers. Whatever you do avoid this location unless you enjoy food poisoning, then have it.
I went through the drive-thru in ordered a chive and sour cream baked potato. At least quarter of the baked potato was black. So maybe I'll try the Wendy's on John r in Madison Heights instead of the one on dequindre in Madison Heights who knows.

I never go here and randomly decided to this morning for the 2 for $3 breakfast meal. The lady in drive thru barely annunciated her words. I waited over 5 minutes and as soon as I got to the window was informed they just stopped that deal. At 6:44 am? B.S. Then told me I'd have to pay more after waiting all that time. I wouldve gone elsewhere and had no time at that point so I got no food at all. I will NEVER spend money here again.
