I ordered my boneless wings "fried hard" in the app. My wings weren't well cooked, let alone fried hard. My fries were soggy, and seasoning was just dumped in the center of the box, only covering a quarter of the fries.

Never will I be coming back to this place! My wings was Hard and tuff and they wasn’t even what I ordered. I asked for Sweet heat and they give me Regular hard chicken! Never again! And on top of that the customer service is completely bad!

Food is fantastic..... customer service is depressing. The two ladies that usually help me are very unenthusiastic, they don't smile or speak even remotely cheerfully. However they are not rude, or unprofessional, they just bum me out.

The wings are good they have some decent flavors I wasn't expecting it to be as good cuz we got carryout but it was really good
First time here food was great! Got some seasoned fries and some garlic Parm wings. Id say the food was spot on. When I arrived I was greatest by a woman eating food behind the counter and the atmosphere gave me vibes of an empty Chinese fast food restaurant. Very empty dark, gloomy.

In the store writing this now. The customer service is horrible asked a couple questions never been here before instantly had an attitude. Then after order flips the screen around dramatically before I could ask for the drink I ordered she was already sitting down on her phone. What a place.
