Pizzashoppe is one of if not the best pizza places in northern Michigan. Amazing people who make amazing food. Service is wonderful, I got my food within 10 minutes, and the food is even more wonderful! 5 STARS!

To the younger lady who works here and has the worst attitude every time I call or come in, don’t work customer service if you’re always going to seem annoyed with anyone you have to talk to. You obviously don’t enjoy your life because you have to be extremely rude to anyone around you, paying customers I should remind you. This business needs to get rid of this lady or shut down they used to be my favorite place but now I can’t stand it.

HERE ME OUT. I pay almost $20 for a pizza. I don't know why you guess make the crust take over half the slice but it really sucks. Sometimes it's really good. Tuesdays and Thursdays from my experience. Every other day is a pizza with half crust.... I but from you guys all of the time that's why I'm giving 5 stars. But it seems like you guys don't put any bit of love into your pizzas anymore other than the days I've mentioned

Ordered two pizzas from here tonight spent $30 ordered pepperoni mushroom onions and an extra cheese and this is what I picked up see the photo below, and I checked under the cheese. There’s no more toppings. They literally threw all my mushrooms on two slices of the pizza Tried calling them to have it remade and they wouldn’t answer the phone. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever seen.

Very rude asked for price she said I haven't rung it up yet very snotty then said all set and hung up. After it arrived it was made wrong after she had me repeat it twice because she was to busy being rude the first time. Dont recommend food was bland and crappy service would have been better off heating a pizza in the oven only giving 1 star because I can't leave less

Came into the area to camp and chose to try a new place that had a higher star rating. Our choice was poor. Upon arriving to pick up my pizza it seemed like there was a new girl training and a seasoned server. I did arrive early so my order was not quite ready. I was told by the seasoned server “we don’t know where your order is we are working on it” I said “that’s ok” While I was waiting for my order to be done the seasoned server was throwing silverware down on the counter. When my order was finished I paid for my pizza and asked if they had any red pepper flakes. The seasoned server went into the back came back out aggressively set it on the counter by my order and said “there is your last minute request” When we got back to the campground to eat our pizza hoping the food would be better than the service we were proven wrong. Our pizzas were missing the flavored crust and our food was lacking in flavor.
Needless to say we will not be coming back or recommending this establishment.

It’s true when they say some of the best foods are found at a small family owned restaurants in a small town or village and so it is at the Pizza Shoppe in Mancelona. Highly recommended and very nice and friendly owners.

The only good part of this order was how nice the delivery guy was. The young girl that took my order sounded like she was bothered by the fact she had to answer the phone. When I asked how long the wait would be, instead of trying to help she just told me she had no idea. My food showed up with half the toppings spilled out. And a small pile of French fries.
Seriously disappointed. Pizza shoppe used to be so much better. Wont be ordering from this place again.

2/16/25 - Pizza needs improvement - not much flavor and very dry because of skimping on toppings and sauce - hardly any sauce at all. I like the homemade crust, but it's very bland - needs salt. Customer service could use some improvement as well - very cold and short. Hopefully just having a bad day. I would like to try again on a better day because I think it could be the best pizza around here with just a little more effort.
