If you don’t like the coupons corporate sends out, then you should take it up with them, don’t try getting me to order a menu item from the build your own menu just so you can charge me more. I appreciate you accepting my coupon today, but you really need to get exclusions added to the coupon if you’re going to try enforcing exclusions in person.
My sister and I went to Subway in Mancelona today and were treated very poorly by the staff. We waited 18 min for one guy ahead of us to get one sub. We also ordered drinks and the drink machine wasn’t working so we asked for a refund and the young lady working (Liz) yelled at us telling us to choose a different drink bc she couldn’t give us a refund.

The toaster oven needs to be cleaned heavily. The taste of the food coming out has a bad flavor due to lack of cleaning this device, not to mention the length of time was not enough to actually toast and heat my sandwich, considering this, it must taste even worse if it's actually toasted properly. My family owned and operated a subway for years, so I have some experience in these matters. The staff was friendly and I have no issues with them, management is clearly the problem here.

They need to read the orders that come in better this is the fifth time ordering off the app and or through door dash and my sub has been made wrong I will not eat there again.
The owner of this store is a thief who won't let his managers give refunds even when the workers mess up the orders. Instead he demands that you bring the food back and have it remade without any compensation for time and travel expense. I guess people should just starve on their lunch break to bring back a messed up meal later and get it replaced. Don't eat here as they have no accountability for poor work ethic/ performance.

We had a coupon so I asked if we could use it just wanted to make sure. They have to ridiculously tell us the sandwiches we could get with it and that they can do that since they are a small franchise. I didn’t need a long story. Then my son asked for mozzarella on his meatball sub and they said that would be extra too. Horrible customer service. These people really need to be trained on how to talk to people.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Experience EVER! They messed up a sandwich (ordered on app) when asked to correct it, I was told they can't give away free food. Umm, seriously? YOU messed up MY sandwich! It's not free, it's giving the customer what they have paid for. The poorest service I have ever had! So sad!!!
