Ordered online and was called by an extremely rude staff member who said they couldn't fullfil my order and that I'd have to come into the store to get my money back. I said I would come get my money and then I received a call about 2 minutes later saying that they could fulfill my order all of a sudden. I had asked them to repeat themselves as the connection cut out, on the phone call this staff member raised their voice and said "do you want your food or not, I'm too busy for this!". I told them I would be on my way to pick up my food. When I arrived at the store as soon as I walked in I was told by this same staff member that my order wasn't ready and that I'd need to wait. There was literally nobody in the store at this point. Then this person said "are you going to tell me what you want on the sub or not?" I then said that since it was an online order that it should be on the receipt. This person continued to make remarks like "we haven't had cucumber for over two years, you need to pick something else". I was extremely shocked by the service because I've come to this location many times and I've never had any issues with online ordering or staff before. It left a horrible taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

The hours are dreadful. I'm not exactly sure if they are under staffed but I used to go in at 9am or 8pm and get service.. I went there at 347pm and they were closed. Then a few days later I decided to go in the am and snag some food and they were setting up at 918am and said they'd be ready by 1030. I work 3rds so that's no use to me. Guess I can't help my subway craving anymore.

waited over 10 minutes for someone to Show up at counter for ordering NO ONE came, was told by the gas station cashier that they were busy , NON American Owned dirty and Nasty
It's subway... I don't need to tell you how subway was. It was good and a little better for me then other options. Service was quick and sub tasted great
