We live just down the street and have always enjoyed their pizzas. However, they have the most unfriendly customer service of any restaurant. Several times recently I have stood at the stand to get seated with no acknowledgment or our presence for 5-10 minutes. Generally, we have left and tried another restaurant in the area. But, the last time we were there was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They appear very happy with their tourist business and have no interest in providing an enjoyable customer experience. There are many other restaurants in the area who appreciate your business.

My daughter and her family and I had breakfast at Market 22. The hostess/waitress was less than friendly. The place was so loud you could hardly hear each other speak. I ordered an omlette which came brown and the toast was burnt. My granddaughter's eggs were also brown. There are better choices for breakfast than this place.

Long ago this place used to be the best place for pizza in the metro Traverse City area. However, since the pandemic things changed for the worse. I’ve given this place multiple tries throughout the years and have not seen any desire to return to form.
First off their hours are abysmal which causes a huge wait for their pizzas. The pandemic most likely netted them big gains because they are still running their hours like it’s 2022. Second their pizza quality has dropped to historical lows their greektown pizza which use to be a great balance of flavor tastes like stale garlic bread. Third the place is filthy and mold infested. Their drink fridge has not been cleaned since 2018. Finally their servers are rude and could care less if they make a good impression because tourists will come to this place due to the lack of other options.
Save your money and pack a sandwich when visiting the Glen Arbor area

Waited 20 minutes to be seated while staring at two empty tables. Waited 50 minutes for my food, but then discovered my order was wrong. Used the bathroom during the wait and it was gross.
The food itself was better and cheaper than we could get without a reservation in Glen Arbor, but just not worth the other issues.

First timer! Had the Cuban and Greek pizza, both were delicious!
Great experience! The sandwiches were huge, pizza was excellent and the spicy breadsticks were amazing!!! Drinks were fantastic! The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly! Nice area to sit outside too. Overall a great experience and will definitely be returning!!!

Arrived before noon on a Sunday and found a Sunday Brunch menu with plenty of appeal and a very long wait. There didn't seem to be mammy people waiting yet it took a while to Eben get my name on the wait list, a very long time to get seated, another long wait to get our 2 orders taken, and a long wait for the food to arrive. Thankfully the Metro Pizza and benni were excellent.
