Phillips Cider Bar & Pizzeria

Some of the best pizza and hard cider we've had! We ordered the Maple Rapids cider and the veggie pizza, added pepperoni. And the whitefish dip with their homemade crackers. Amazing! Travis, our waiter, was helpful, friendly and fun to talk with. I highly recommend their food and cider!

My almost 3 year old was able to eat his first legit pizza tonight because they have Dairy Free cheese!! He was beyond excited to have pizza like the rest of us tonight.

We ordered a Lg white pizza, Sm dairy free pepperoni pizza and a chicken ceasar salad. Everything was fantastic and the kids loved it too.

On prior visits I've had the hot honey garlic pizza was was really flavorful. I'm not someone that tolerates spicy food but this was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

They were CRAZY busy but their staff was friendly, the other folks at the bar were too so the time went by quickly with yummy ciders. I am deathly allergic to dairy (great for a pizza place, right?) But these champs have vegan cheese and they went out of their way to make sure my pizza didn’t get contaminated. Small town magic. Pizza was delicious, cider was delicious, people were great. Can’t recommend enough.

First time customer, The new assistant manager Jerri Lynn was great her customer service and her recommendations were excellent! We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere!! The hard cider was very good!
All the staff was friendly and smiling was a great experience!! We definitely will be back!!

Update!
Went back for round 2
The pizza doesn’t disappoint and again JerriLynn was such a joy and the recommendation were on point! She was right our yellow birch was delicious!
Place was super busy and she had everything under control! We were very impressed with how she managed to serve dining room and not burn anything!
It was only her and one crew member!
Love this pizza place and your assistant manager!
Looking forward to the next time we can come that way!!

I wanted to give more stars but the last couple times I ve been there, my items were overcooked to the point i would not have served them.
But previous to these last 2 times,
This place was amazing!
So I believe it has to do with the new people cooking!

So, it’s no longer CONSISTENTLY
great or amazing pizza!
Please stop overcooking!
I don’t like 3/4 black crust.
I will be back ☺️

Great unique flavors and pizza

Cozy little shop for pizza, sandwiches, appetizers and cider. We got the white pizza today and it was excellent. Great crust, excellent flavor. We can't wait to go back!

A quaint pizza eatery in Middleton, MI.
We each had the Cesar chicken salad. It was terrific! The best we've had in years. It was freshly made from scratch, which is very difficult to find.
The staff was awesome! I think maybe one of them was an owner? But they were awesome. We also tried the hard cider, which was pretty good, too. My husband preferred the peach, and I loved the granny green apple. It was tart and refreshing.

We enjoy the service, food, and atmosphere at Phillips Pizzeria, Maple Rapids. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambience in the bar is incredible, and the decor is absolutely beautiful! We mostly enjoy a meat lovers pizza and add red onions, mushrooms, and yellow peppers. The crust for pizza and sandwiches is the best! We love the cider beers, to top it off! If you are looking for a fun meal, stop by Phillips. And ask for a Terry and Susan Special. You won't be sorry!! The main servers we like are Travis and Jake. Greg is pretty awesome, too! 😉Only because we are there normally during their shift. We are sure others are as wonderful. If you're going to have a large group, call ahead.

Beautiful small pizzeria in a small town. A great addition to the area! The service was very prompt and friendly. We were only in to collect a take out pizza but the service was great and we left with cider and dessert as well. Also, they have a couple high chairs for kids!
