I want to eat lunch there yesterday, and I’m not sure what went wrong. I was there about 11 o’clock in order just their house hamburger and fries.. I was told by the waiter 30 minutes after I had arrived that my food would be out in two minutes.. after another 15 minutes had elapsed so 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door they still did not have my hamburger and french fries ready. They explained it away as they had new staff in the kitchen and they were training them, but I still had to leave their restaurant hungry and disappointed.. please do better. I’ve eaten at your restaurant multiple times and enjoy the place multiple times and had great experiences. Very disappointed, Hangry and upset. Please do better.!!!

Just stopped into a great new diner on the edge of town. Wakey Jakes. The coffee, stuffed hashbrowns and great hometown feel will soon make this a locals favorite. I also tried a cinnamon crunch pancake which was incredible and my friends all had unique breakfast "bennies" (Benedict). A splash of traditional mixed in with trendy goodness make this cafe everyone's favorite spot. Stop in and tell 'em the Foodman sent ya. You won't be disappointed!
