Achatz did a wonderful job all around for our 220+ person wedding! From the tasting to our wedding day, they were helpful and patient as we figured out menu items and our final count. They also made gluten free meals for family members with Celiac disease. We had their full service package, and they were on time, prompt to unload and set up the buffet, and quick to swap out trays. We had an event catered by them and the food was great! They were there on time and got it all set up. People were going up for seconds and thirds and at the end of the night we were pushing leftovers on everyone and still had so much food to take home!
