I wasn’t expecting much from Dairy Queen food. I simply got a burger and onion rings. This was the nastiest meal of my life. Mushrooms were cold, cheese was not melted, and it took like super long when I was literally the only person there. I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here.

Whoever prepares the food on Saturday 10/11/2025 around noon needs to get fired or have a good talking to. All my food wasn’t even cooked. The chilly cheese dog didn’t even have chilli on it… it had a cold hotdog dog with barely any cheese and they totally forgot the chilli!!
Also, they gave me a burger will the cheese still cold and not melted looking and feeling like it just came out of the packaging and the tomatoes, onions and such all were cold like they all just came out of the fridge along with the pattie on my burger seeming like it had barley been cooked.
And then to top it all off my blizzard wasn’t even blended together… it was vanilla ice cream with just the ingredients all thrown into it without it being mixed up together.
WTFFF!!! Either total incompetency or pure laziness!
What a waste of money and time.
Lost another customer! What a joke.

I had ordered 1 mini mint oreo blizzard for my son, an oreo blizzard and Reeses for my husband and I. Got the order and the Reeses was the mini and the mint oreo was a small. I didn't realize it until almost home and I wasn't going to drag the kids into the store to address the situation. I'm just annoyed that we waited 15 minutes in the drive through for our order to be wrong and the one who wanted the ice cream (me) got short and just wanted some comfort food due to a bad day and made my day even worse.

I was in line 20 minutes after my time for the call in. The girls at the counter never asked about my order, finally I had to say something. I've been going to that dairyqueen since I can remember but service and food quality have dropped down hill the last three or even four years. I'm done.

After years of cheering this DQ on…stand there for 15 mins no one but a pick up order ahead of me place dead as can be and no one even said hi or just one moment when walked out. Not even the lady at the counter was serviced till we walked out. I worked at this Dairy Queen for 10 years and it is painful to see it in such condition. The staff not a single smile. Hair half down just about all over the ice cream station (never allowed before especially at that LEGNTH) just wild. One car in the drive thought too btw. I normally give them so much grace but that lack of PRIDE that DQ stands for is very very very concerning. Also “most unique menu” really? You removed half the items now my son can’t even get a nuggets kids meal. No mushrooms, no clams, no footlongs? No service?
Just went throught the drive thru with my mother got 2 blizzards that are soup one chocolate chip cookie dough and pecan cluster...some how both blizzards have pecans in them which is not good because i have a allegry And one brownie sundae.

Ordered two hot fudge sundaes, but got ice cream and cold chocolate syrup instead. There is a difference. Disappointing.

Alright so, we love this Dairy Queen. We’ve been coming since we were kids. We specifically like the food items they offer including the footlongs, deep fried mushrooms and clams. Recently discontinued everything that made it special. No longer going out of the way to go here. Bring back MUSHROOMS!!!!
