I got nasty old lettuce in my salad that was brown and wilted and slimy and when I contacted the restaurant about it they told me it was brand new lettuce and the manager had made it themselves. Then when I got to the restaurant to exchange it for a new one, they argued with me again about it being brand new lettuce. I can literally take a picture of it and show everybody that it's brown, wilted and slimy. This place is gross and I'll never come back.

We got the BBQ chicken and it had pineapple on it, it is now my favorite pizza. They're always kind and apply whatever coupons they can find . I ate it before getting a picture, I will take one next time! We fed 5 people on pizza and cheesy bread☺️

Never had issues until TODAY. There was BLONDE HAIR all IN OUR PIZZA after being delivered my fiancé drove it back up there to complain to them and they DID NOT CARE about it just kept denying it was hair and saying it was string? GROSS EITHER WAY WHAT THE HECK?! ONLY gave us a refund didn’t care about any of the grossness or inconvenience of any of this. Sad what today has come to in any business 😭. NEVER ORDERING from this location again.

Sat there for 25 minutes watching people that came in after me order the same thing I did and leave had to yell to the back to get my lunch that was on the counter in the kitchen very incompetent to forget about a customer that already paid !! GET IT TOGETHER WE DONT HAVE ALL DAY!!!
This place was a good place to order from. However the last 8 minutes months has been just terrible. Waiting 2 hours for a medium pizza calling and being told it’s on the way just for it to never arrive. Asked for a refund was told they would but hasn’t happened yet. We ordered most every week with so many pizza places in town we will no longer be ordering from them. This is not the first time the food arrives considerably late damaged packaging food is cold. This place needs a new manager for sure.

Just picked up a 4 corner pizza and was very surprised to find that the size is smaller and the pepperoni was paper thin, very small and very few! After 25 years, I’m sorry to say that I will not be purchasing pizza from Jets in the future!!!
