Walked in at 8:25 and they close at 9 and the guy told me they were closed but the open sign out front was flashing and the door said they closed at 9! And the guy was rude about it too the what the heck

When ordering online they don’t pay attention to what is on the order. Mulitply time I have chose a different type of bread and got something completely different and this past time they messed up the bread and didn’t add no sauce. The workers need to pay attention to the online orders and not rush.

I rarely leave negative reviews.. I tried emailing subway and got a generic response so to Google I go.

Yesterday 11/4/24 I ordered online for pickup. Sent my son (our subway is closed. this one is 20 mins away). Order wasn't ready at time stated so he waited a bit.

I have never, in the history of all subways I've visited, had such disgusting food. The bread was so hard you could hit It on the desk and It sounded like wood. It was so hard you couldn't eat it. The toppings and sauces were equally as nasty. It was gross.

Choose another Subway.

If doing an online order I suggest ordering it and then walking in and watching them make it. The app isn’t correct with what’s in stock and then on top of that they totally botched my sub today. Literally forgot 3 items I asked for on it.

Never again will I go to this subway.

Went in to grab a sub with my kids and my 2 year old was throwing a fit because he wanted to pick his own toppings. So I let him and let me tell you what Mariah (I believe that's what her name tag said) was very patient and served us with a smile on her face the entire time. Thank you for providing great customer service

Food was good and the woman was working alone during a busy moment so I understand her frustration. But she constantly judged me for my sandwich, and would not let up about hating the chime of the door and how she didn't enjoy her time there. I wanted a sandwich, I did not want to be judged and ridiculed for my taste.

Went to order some cookies. We changed our order from 5, to 6 cookies and the kid named Chris rolled his eyes, looked at his coworker and said “f**king annoying.” I know you dislike your job, and I hope life gets better for you, but don’t work where there are banging cookies and have an attitude when people order them.
