I have visited this location twice. Each time the customer service was God awful. First time the staff actually yelled at me and the second the staff just ignored me. Trying to place my order was so awkward because the person taking my order would not look at me or speak back it was like talking to a brick wall. Even when I said thank you then never ever bothered to look up. Both times I visited I had to have the food remade because they got it completely wrong. I suspect management is just treating these people like dirt because they are absolutely miserable at this place.

Lady at the window took her time to help me out with my order since it was my first time at an a and w. She deserves a raise. Had the best double cheeseburger ever! will comeback again.

Went to Marysville A&W today. Stood there in the lobby about 10 min. Dining room empty, no vehicles in the parking lot, and 3 employees walked by me, for 10 min, never acknowledged me. Never said, can I help you, we'll be right with you, or even boo. Just completely ignored me. Where is a manager? The owner? How do you stay in business? Cuz I am gonna tell everyone not to go there in St Clair County. Do better or close!
