set in the Drive-Thru line and listen to a 5-minute conversation between the customer and the car ahead of me and the worker inside the store none of which had anything to do with food so I left I'm not going to wait

We recently were helped by the Manager named Mickey. She was so pleasant and so polite and so good at her job, it was simply a pleasure to be around this person who is in her industry. Mickey said she has worked for 37 years. Mickey looked very young and is clearly an intelligent worker and a hard-worker from a physical point of view. Mickey is definitely very energetic and makes it a pleasure to visit Arby's. Mickey is definitely a valuable human resource.

It's been years since I've eaten Arby's food. Enjoyed two 'newer' options. Fries were good, however, they were a tad on the cold side. Drive thru service was impeccable. This was the Marysville location.

Staff was nice and try hard. Love Arby's sandwiches.. What I don't love: Don't try to pay with 2 debit or credit cards. They either can't do it or can't figure it out. Such a let down that a place as popular as Arby's has such technology limitations or employees with such technology limitations.. better training solves that issue.

Most of the time you walk in, nobody will acknowledge or look in your direction for 5+ minutes.
Great sandwiches
We have never been to this Arby's, and they have been opened for awhile I don't normally review places, but I felt the need to. We had the ham and Swiss melts. The ham was extremely fatty. The Mac and cheese tasted processed, and the floors needed to be cleaned badly. I think that is on the manager. Probably won't go back.

Good place to get a chicken wrap or beef and Cheddar
Went in to pick up an online order. Food wasn't ready in the time frame that was given. Staff didn't acknowledge us at first. I spoke up and said I was waiting for an online order. She went back to grab our food, came back and just slammed the bag on the counter and walked away without saying a word. It was so rude. Lemonade was filled with ice from the bottom of the cup to the very top. It was more like a cup of ice with a side of Lemonade.
Service was poor slow sat in line my entire lunch time. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I only get 30 minutes for lunch
Spent $40 the fries were old, they forgot a fry, had to wait for replacement, tenders so old and hard my kids were unable to eat them
