This is my all time favorite Big Boy! The service and food is always great. Many of the people who work here, stay here. That's says something about it. They are happy with their jobs. Those are the best people to get the best service, from someone who cares about their job. We recently went to a different location and I was so disappointed. This location is so much better. And I mean with everything! Even my boys love this location. We have had many birthdays here on a request from my boys. It's also their favorite place as well!

Waitresses carrying on loud personal conversations. Theresa was too slow at service , rambling talk, very boring . While paying at register..manager came over and interrupted the cashier while on conversation on service..he lingered at register and starred at me..felt very uneasy..WE WONT BE BACK!!

The service was excellent. The friendly staff kept coming back to check on us to see if we needed anything. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great service. 👍

Not like it used to be. Low staff and lots of waiting for food and returns to the table if you need anything. Waitress was very nice, but over worked and probably under paid. Third time we've tried to eat at Big Boys. Twice in Port Huron and once in Marysville. Sad and done.

A good place to go off looking for a place that serves comfort food. Food was good, but the breakfast bar was not always stocked with all the usual choices. Service was good but because of the volume a little slow at times.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Food was great, salad bar was like Big Boys used to do, and it was CLEAN! As far as service, if you don't get Tori, you'll miss out cuz she's AMAZING! If I could give a waitress a ten, she'd get it!

Pulled off the road for a quick bit to eat. The food was great and the restaurant was clean and safe, but our waitress is what really made our day. Alissa was fantastic. Fast, funny, and I think psychic. She knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. Would recommend for a quick bit to eat off the road.
