China Lite & Gas Lite Lounge

We "LOVE" the carry-out service! .We are so happy China Lite is at least still open! Since we have NO chinese restaurants in our area, China Lite is our FIRST choice on our list of foods to carry 5 hours home in our cooler above the Mackinac Bridge!! It is a must have!! When heading below the Bridge we have had different places to choose from over the years, but none compare to the taste, consistancy and quality that China Lite delivers. It truley is a comfort food for our family! We would rather re-heat the quality food from China Lite at home, than to eat in a mediocre chinese restaurant down state. Just brought some home last night May 3, 2022!! YUMM.. Thank you so much China Lite! We will be back!! Please stay open!

Ordered from here a few times due to being close to home. Quality of the food (ordering same three dinner items) was inconsistent and after repeatedly being disappointed we decided it would be better to drive further to go to another restaurant. They lost? our last order, resulting in an extra 20 minute wait.

Food was good but very slow service since it seemed like the bartender was the only one waiting tables in the dining area.

Felt good to be back.. I missed China lite during covid !!!

Don’t go there to eat in! They give you a carry out menu to pick from ONLY . Then your food is served in carry out containers with plastic silverware! This is UNBELIEVABLE! Will never RETURN.

Has been the best food for years but now the sweet and sour chicken is dry and has hard chewy parts no matter how many times I go there, the chicken just sucks now. Stop overcooking it or buy the chicken from where you used to buy it.

Don’t order almond boneless chicken, comes with some yellow gravy. Not the traditional brown gravy like every it should. Chicken is dry, egg roll not bad.

Best Chinese takeout I have ever had, the inside is gorgeous just a bummer we couldn't dine in !

I will never go there again they did not give me what I ordered I called and the lady told me come now bring the food and they will remake it I told her I could not she said bring food tomorrow I need to show owner I asked for a refund I was told no only food I spent 30 bucks for two meals it's very sad that they won't give me a refund it was there fault not mine and when i asked to speak to the owner i was told she does not know when he will be in.. They need to make customers happy not argue with them or continue to repeat themselves very disappointed

Love Almond Boneless Chicken, Egg Rolls and Won-ton Soup. ?

We decided to get takeout here today for lunch/dinner. The entire family that ate this is now sick. Not to mention when we picked up our order we were handed a receipt and the lady asked us to sign while watching me sign the ticket literally 3inches away from the receipt. The only reason I gave one star was because the food was hot. And the eggs rolls were good. The rest horrible .Now, I'm vomiting. Thanks
