To the delivery driver in the beat up van, I'm sorry I accidentally sent my order before I was done and it didn't have a tip. That's no excuse to sit in my drive way and honk at me though homie, if you're upset about your circumstances in life related to income perhaps you need a new line of work or to take it up with your boss.

Store does not allow all subs to be ordered on the app have to come in to order that is ridiculous. What is the reason for that??? A number 16 needs my supervisor to be made?

Very clean location, very friendly service, fresh ingredients, lots of seating. Ordered the chicken caesar wrap, veggie sandwich, and the beach club.

Under the favorites words advertised double protein, It doesn't apply apparently to tuna or turkey subs and they give you more cheese. Cheese is not protein, take the subs off that menu if you're not going to double up on the protein for tuna or turkey. Director of operations says our menu is confusing, well isn't that Your job to make it not confusing if you're that high up? Just becomes false advertisement.

Staff were not engaging, the girl that made my subs was actually rude! She marked all of my subs wrong!! Nobody got what they wanted! Ruined our entire night! I’m never gonna come back to this Marysville Jimmy John’s. Terrible experience!
