Marysville has the worst staff for kentucky fried chicken that I have been to... i asked for a chicken and shrimp platter.. It took over fifteen minutes to get my food and it was wrong.. So I talked to the manager and told her she wanted to recook it for me. And I said, I would just take a three piece, all dark meat, two thighs, one leg and call it even... i got in the car, took off.She got that wrong... so sad...

Went through drive through order k3 which means 3 pieces of chicken got home only had two pieces of chicken never going back again to KFC anywhere it's not the first time this happened to me travel alot for work

Picked up our order & got home to find forgot 1 meal. To make matters worst we took box meal out of the bag & bottom of the box so poorly put together that the food fell out the bottom to the floor. We called & talked to manager & she stated it is not their fault & that its KFC Corporations fault because they send them cheap boxes. So warning if buying a box meal from KFC have a plate ready.

Ordered a 10 pc Korean BBQ nugget combo & an 8 pc fish family meal. We got the nuggets right away and had to wait for the fish. While waiting we noticed that the nugget combo didn't have the fries, biscuit or the ranch. I asked the girl that was bringing orders outside if she could make sure they got put in our other bag and she said she would. When she brought the rest of our order out I asked if the fries, biscuit and ranch were in the bag, she said yes it was. She lied. Looked me straight in the eyes & lied.

I placed an order online through the KFC app. My order was to be ready in 20mins. My daughter and pups and I drove to our KFC, when I got there I checked the KFC app and it said my order was ready! I didn't see my order so I asked the young man working and he couldn't figure it out, he talked to someone else and they said oh someone took that order. I find it ridiculous that you just put the food out in the open, and you don't require a code or receipt to pick up your order. I spent $62.00! So the young man said they would remake my order and asked what I ordered, I still had my order up on the app so I showed him and repeated it to him. I checked the order to make sure I received everything. I get home and the 12 piece Extra Crispy chicken I ordered was literally soggy chicken with hardly any skin. The 2 orders of Large Mac and cheese were both cold, and the 2 orders of Large mashed potatoes and gravy were also cold. The only thing that was good was the 2 orders of Large coleslaw. Not a single manager or shift leader came to apologize for me having to wait to remake my whole order. They let the young man deal with it. I think you need to rethink your online/doordash/internet order pick up. Someone literally got $62.00 of free food. And I got crappy soggy food that I had to wait another 20 minutes for. I honestly will probably just order chicken and sides from the Red Barn Convinence Store from nowon, at least it's hot, fresh and I have to show proof it's my order. Ia also think your managers need to step up when a mishap happens, it's the least they can do.

This place stinks and I find it hard to believe they are even open. I never even see anyone there ordering food. I only went because my daughter won a free kids meal at school. When I went to order they tried to tell me she couldn't get a meal just 3 tenders.....I said no this award says meal. Idk why the worker even cares it's not like they pay for it. The meals stink and literally has 2 tiny tenders and an applesauce. I feel bad because I can guarantee my kiddo is still hungry at school. I knew I never liked KFC, we have never had a good expeience.
Just blah- no eye contact, never asked if I wanted crispy or original, didn't offer different sides.... Chicken was old and I was there just before dinner. They can do better, just didn't look like anyone gave a shit.
If I could leave zero stars then I would. Rude employees, the place is completely filthy, the food was disgusting, & way over priced for what you get.
We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back. We could hear and see them just beyond the food racks. The food is sometimes super greasy, like it sat in the grease too long, the dining room usually has dirty tables, we need to clean one in order to sit at it.
This place is a joke when ordering online and if you try to call they don’t know how to work a landline! Maybe I should try to contact them through TikTok lmao 🤣 it’s really fricken sad!
The service is absolutely horrible! Foods good though! Just ask for chicken on the side not in bowl unless you want soggy chicken.
