I ate at the Long John silver's inside KFC the other day in Marysville. The first thing I noticed was that the Long John silver Bell was missing from the wall. But that's okay.Because I wasn't going to ring it anyways. The food service was horrible people didn't know if the food was good or if it was bad. I had a fish sandwich and it was way undercooked and it was just disgusting they didn't put anything on it they was just fish on bun uncooked half of it was still frozen. I do not recommend the KFC nor do I recommend the Long John silver's in Marysville.

Haven’t had Long John’s in a while due to the locations being limited. The food was delicious.Those hush puppies were soo good. Hard to stop eating them. Service was good and friendly.

We went through the drive through. They were busy, quite a few cars lined up. Looked like they were training someone but not sure. I ordered the 12 piece dinner. Waited my turn with no issues, knew it would take time. They didn't give us any gravy for the potatoes, coleslaw was dry and the biscuits were cold. Didn't know any of this until we got home. Tried to call but no answer. Very disappointed!

Told me 8 minute wait for fresh fish and it was about 8 minutes and fish was great but should of waited to cook fries since they were cold.

When we walked into the restaurant, no one was around. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter. There was someone in the very back mopping and I tried to get their attention but they couldnt hear me at all. We realized there were about 5 young workers All gathered in the office and even my calling the one lone worker in the back, none of the others responded. When they came out, one person seemed interested in actually working only. She took our order then disappeared. She said it was made fresh so it would be about 7 to 8 minutes. 15 mibutes later our order comes to us and she sets the carry out bag down and there are no sides. I asked her where they were and she said in the boxes. And then she said no. Wait, they arent. I didnt put them in there. So she went to the back to get the sides. I didnt open the boxes of long johns to see the overcooked food until we were on the expressway going home and it was too far to turn around to go back. All of the food was way overcooked. It was dark brown in color and the fish itself was crunchy.The portions for the chicken looked like chicken strips rather than filets. The chicken was chewy and overcooked too. The hushpuppies were cold.

The please wait over there for "5" minute (for 3 pieces of "Cook on demand only" fish) ended up being 25!! And it wasn't even lunch rush yet! Ironically, the food was a little soggy when she brought it out..even after all that ?
