Great place to eat, the food always tastes good, better than most pizza places around. I eat here mostly takeout, but i have dined in and the place is usually clean. Great staff, friendly and professional but some of them crack under pressure and it causes long wait times. Maybe they are a little under staffed. I got the new my hut box, just under $9.00 it comes with a personal pizza with four two bite size slices and a side of 4 wings bbq or buffalo or a side of fries with a drink of choice. Compared to other places with the price of almost $9.00, the wings were great i got buffalo flavor and the pizza was great, so was the drink but i think they should include the fries with the wings. Its not a lot of food and personally a meal from a certain burger restaurant for under $6 comes with a burger a fry and chicken nuggets and a drink, filled me up more than this $9.00 box. I highly recommend this place but if you are a grown man i would order two boxs to fill you up which at that price i don't think its worth it. I also doordash and wait times here are around 5-10 minutes. Sometimes way longer.

It's pointless to keep trying to get a pizza made with extra cheese! I've ordered 4 times in the last month and even paid for triple cheese last time by calling in my order and it had a normal amount but not extra let alone extra, extra. Tonight is a joke... If I'm going to pay $2 for extra cheese, I don't want to be able to see the crust and sauce in between toppings!!! It's literally am so sad because old school pizza hut was so good... And it still could be if they would actually make the pizza the way a customer asks... Especially if I'm paying extra. I would literally pay whatever it takes to get a substantial amount of cheese on my pizza! Do I need to order quadruple cheese? I'm at a loss! Next time I call I'm going to ask you guys how much I need to pay in order to get a pizza with a decent amount of cheese on it!

Ruined our dinner again, and I call and get "I don't know" we follow standards. Could it be someone made a mistake??? When you order a salad and they forgot to include dressing, or the food looks nothing like the picture, there's a reason. Worst is when mistakes are made and you call the manager and you get the equivalent of talking to Toddler! My Cat communicates better than that. Your delivery people don't know how to use a GPS, so we pick up, and not once has anyone ever asked " May I help you?". Yeah, or what's up is not professional. Pathetic service!

The employees they hire don't care about anything other than when they clock out! Mistakes are "oh well" and answering customers is "I don't know"! Isn't there a manual, or franchise standard to uphold? Or is it your goal to make Little Caesars money?

My order # 830206, I ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Which is a basic salad. The dressing is what makes a ceased salad. I received no dressing and the lettuce was old. So I waisted $9.00 on a salad. Pregnant lady not happy. Pizza for the rest of the family was correct.

This is the second time I've been disappointed with the Marysville Pizza Hut. The first time was getting a BBQ chicken pizza and it tasted and looked like it was old. This time I used the app to order and use my rewards points for a free large. I ordered it with stuffed crust, extra cheese and sweet marinara sauce AND paid the extra for the stuffed crust and the extra cheese. What I got was a large stuffed crust but the sauce was completely lacking in the middle of the pizza, it was mainly focused around the outer ring. The "extra" cheese seemed to be lacking in the center of the pizza as well. Infact, there was barely any cheese at all in that area. So the first bite of all the slices is dry AF. I used to love pizza hut, not anymore.

Is this world becoming more and more lazy? Went to get pizza, pizza Hut, I think has great pizza in general. However the ordering process just hot stupid! You can only order on the pizza Hut APP.... are you serous? No menu, no over head menu, nothing! A confusing time consuming app. If yiu don't know what you want a head of time, you have to rely on one of the kids working there, who literally don't care they have a job to tell you what you want. So you settle on the badic pepperoni pizza! Blah!

I swear every time I order something for delivery they forget at least one item we paid for. They will never give a straight refund. I’m tired of receiving credits for items I don’t receive only to not get them AGAIN.
