Marysville Michigan, I ordered two large pizza”s. Had practically no sauce or cheese. So dry to the point my coworker and I couldn’t even eat it. I immediately called them and they apologized and offered me a credit for the pizza. I just called them to place an order and they said I no longer have the credit because it passed 30 days. It’s been 5 weeks since the original order. When they told me they would credit me for the pizza 30 days was not mentioned so I basically got screwed. Unbelievable, I have been getting pizza from Pizza Hut on occasion for years. Never again.

Shane was a fantastic driver so sweet with my daughter and very fast. Alyssa is always a pleasure to deal with a real team player and so sweet on the phone and in person.Kid-friendliness: Every staff member that's ever been around my little girls has always been so friendly and gentle with them.
Terrible pizza and l was surprised l thought it would be really good as l usually get the 5 other place, well $6 now or whatever but this one was $8.50. This was all crust and NOT flavored crust just bland and dry. The pep was greasy and pizza was not filling at all and bland. Why even make such a pie..whatd l do..cause l didnt know what crust to pick..so they made this burned one..middle was thin and greasy.. crust was like a bike tire..a fat bike tire..

Pizza hut was my favorite childhood pizza, but now I realize why my dad only did it for special occasions. It gets expensive fast... I still love the flavor, (although not as much as I remember as a kid) a 3 meat pizza cost more than 20 bucks for a large. Also never order the side of pizza sauce. It's like a one ounce cup that barely gets you a few dips. To be fair, this isn't the Marysville location review fully. It's the fault of the corporate office making things outrageous to try and make money.

Pizza was very very dry and had much less toppings than normal. A very disappointing experience overall.One bright spot in the experience was the employee who brought it out, they were very friendly.

Absolutely, the worse customer service I have ever experienced at a Pizza Hut. They are rude and make fun of the customers. After ordering I went to my car to get something and they thought my wife went outside too and they starting saying horrible things about us not realizing my wife was standing off to the side....real classy. One worker laughed in my face repeatedly because I asked for a cup. Just horrible...
