Terrible, went shopping in the store and after that horrible run wanted a caramel frappe to cheer me and my daughters up only to get ignored, whispers and then an eye roll from the 2 girls behind the counter. Needless to say we left and went to the actual store and got waaaaayyyy better service.

The girls that work in Meijer are absolutely fantastic!!! Polite fast and do a great job! I much rather go to the one inside of Meijer than wait 30 mins outside for one drink! Keep up the good work! Should do to the one outside and do some training they could use it!!

Simple to say starbucks coffee is more expensive but compared to other coffee shops it's like a steak vs a burger. You get what you pay for.

Went to this Starbucks, usually have a pretty good experience, but today was not it. The barista (they didn’t have nametags, strawberry blonde hair/long ponytail) was quite rude. I understand people not knowing what to get, because of a shortage in supplies, must be frustrating but the attitude was absolutely ridiculous (not making eye contact, no smile, pouty face, barely talking to me…etc) Do better in your customer service job please.

Was charged $1 extra for a refresher with water just for asking for light ice. I did not notice the charge until after rang up. Beware they said they will charge extra for any changes per their director. So I guess I paid extra for more water. I have never ever been charged a $ 1 extra for this change.

Very slow service these days since the fast efficient girls quit. The current workers are either just slow or socializing too much.
Update- the girl that would rather socialize than do her job is still there building long lines, and a girl with a bad attitude about doing her job, writing an order on a cup, gave a nasty look for having to write my order. You guys really need to get it together. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Snotty teenagers at lunch did not work on my $20+ order and mocked me when I asked about my order and said I had to get back to work. I noticed they were finishing other orders that were put in after mine, and made me wait longer. Too slow for me to count on them for a lunch order. Tim Hortons is always friendly and fast.
