I like the new ownership, but on Halloween it wasn't stated on the internet that they were closing early nor was there a sign on the door saying that they were closing early for Halloween when I showed up at 7:30, driving out my way. At least it would have been courteous to put a sign on the door. The person that told me rolled her eyes, like I was dumb for asking. Upsetting, because I was really happy with the new ownership.

Terrible management everytime I go in the store it’s a bunch of middle aged women cussing swearing acting completely unprofessional. None of them know what they’re ever doing always out of product and no one there at this store wears hair nets. Found hair in the food and the “owner”/ manager acted ignorant about it over the phone like a snob.

My food was ready for pickup at 2:20pm I got there at 2:18 pm no one was even working on my order. Standing there while the girl start my order, the second I leave out she stop my order and start working on another customer order. My order didn’t get done until 2:35pm because she still had forgotten something else to my order. I’ll never buy there again.

The man working there tonight was there all alone on a Saturday, one of the most busy days of the week for food chains. He was amazing with his customer service, dealing solo with a horde of customers, and to be honest he deserves more recognition. Hes able to staff an entire store on his own. Give that guy a promotion.

The last 5 times I've ordered. I've got someone's elses order for pickup with my name on it. Also another time, placed a pickup, my food wasn't made when it said it was going to be ready (20-30 minutes after.) and on top of that, you ask for sauce on the side, and not the sub. They put it on the sub and none on the side.
The worst subway I've ever been too and won't ever be back.

Horrible Subway, waited 30 mins for a online order to be ready... got the sandwiches totally wrong, workers had an attitude... never going back again... such a disappointment

Worked here for over a year and was constantly forced to work alone underaged at 15 and 16. There is black mold growing in the ice machine and gnats that fly all around the equipment and in the bread and cookie cases that nobody cares enough to clean. This store is a health hazard!

Will never order from this location again. Ordered 2 ultimate meat subs showed they were ready for pick up at 6:30. Had to wait almost another 30 minutes when I got there as they weren't even started yet. Whole purpose of ordering a head is to not have to wait, after a long day I was needing something quick to get home and relax finally. They need to hire more people, the elderly lady and not much younger lady were not keeping up with their online orders and in store customers. There was a younger guy they didn't have doing anything...he looked like he wanted to help at least. Needless to say got home and neither subs were correct, both had turkey and roast beef on them which are not part of this sub at all and were not ordered as add ons...toppings were missing, they were toasted and weren't supposed to be. Never again, owner needs to hire competent people apparently....
