The food was alright, but if you plan on using a fork make sure you check the bag it actually has one even if you ask same goes for the avocado salsa even thought you may pay for an extra they will forget it. Then when you go to call them about it they will not answer then if you call them a second time they will send you to voice mail. Honestly only go to this Taco Bell if you’re desperate. This happens all the time

I have come to expect very little from fast food service, but it seems this particular Taco Bell is a diamond in the rough when it comes to quality of service.

I mean, it's been my experience on a number of occasions ordering a customized burrito... i.e., substitute Steak for Beef, or add light jalapeños, that they never seem to read what the customizations are, so you end up receiving something other than what you ordered...
But that happens... My feedback is in regards to the frequency in which it happens, and the cold, harsh attitude you get when you bring it back to their attention...
I'm not impossible to please... Your line is poorly trained, they don't read their instructions, and they DO NOT like it when you bring back their mistakes...

Everything was light topped. Light cheese light beef light everything and At 3$ a taco it’s a rip off.
Even combo meals are 20-30% more expensive than other surrounding ta o bells. You’ve lost my business.

Don't scrimp on sauce packets and lie about it! The young lady with dark hair and glasses at 8:15pm 4/24/25 handed me my nachos supreme at the drive thru. I had asked for hot, mild and medium sauces. There was only one sauce packet total, and one napkin in the bag. When I asked her about it, she said regulations say only one! You've got to be kidding! One sauce packet for a nachos supreme!? I absolutely hate cheap @sses and liars! What a joke. Then she handed me only mild ones when I asked for more! What a jersey and liar!

Gotta say the marysville Michigan location is really going down hill.I litterally eat Taco Bell 3 days a week due too diatery restrictions and this locations has young people working there with attitudes,not understanding that you don’t make food wrong then reuse most of it too make it again that’s nasty,and today refused me service at 3pm in the afternoon because having not gone too the bank only had a $50 bill on me and told sorry you can’t use your American money to pay for way over priced food because there just not used too having actual cash in the store.
