I have never made a review about any place i have to but today at this Tim Hortons location my experience was horrible! I ordered a oreo ice capp with no whip topping the girl went to hand it to me and it had whip topping in it i said i asked for no whip topping she turned around and the other working girls starting laughing when she handed back to me you could tell all they did was dumped out the topping and added oreo crumbs on top! And still sitting in there laughing like i disnt know what they did! I love 2 miles away from this location every since the crew that was there left about 2 yrs ago i have been driving the extra miles to go to 24th st location! Because they never listen to you as your ordering the coffee is barley warm and never consistent! So now i will gladly drive the extra few miles to get my coffee!

Every Sunday at 9:30 am, I pick up my 90-year-old dad’s favorite treat—eight apple fritters and four cinnamon rolls. Over time, I’ve become a regular, and the staff, especially Sheila the baker, has become quite familiar with me. Their friendly and witty banter makes the experience enjoyable, and their hard work is evident in the delicious pastries they create. I particularly cherish my Sunday visits, as I get to chat with Sheila and enjoy the fantastic coffee.

This is my usual coffee place in the mornings, they always get it right. It never matters how long their drive through line is, because I know they'll have me out of there quick. And they don't skip any steps. Very pleasant staff. I pass two other Tim Hortons on my commute to work, and this one outshines them greatly.

Tim Hortons is a Canadian multinational quick-service restaurant chain, famous for its coffee and doughnuts, founded in 1964 by hockey player Tim Horton. It is Canada's largest fast-food chain and a major part of Canadian culture, serving a wide variety of menu items including soups, sandwiches, and breakfast items in addition to its original offerings. Today, it operates thousands of locations globally and is a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International (RBI).

History and operations

Founding: The first Tim Hortons was opened in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1964 by Tim Horton and Ron Joyce, though it gained widespread success after Horton's death.

Ownership: Tim Hortons merged with Wendy's in 1995, then separated in 2006. In 2014, it was acquired by Restaurant Brands International (RBI), the parent company of Burger King and Popeyes.

Global presence: While it is a Canadian icon, the chain has expanded internationally, with locations in the United States, the Middle East, China, India, and the UK.

Didn’t know coming to Tim Hortons in the morning was such a huge inconvenience. Was greeted with a rude employee back to back and did not feel welcomed, unacceptable.

Service was great! My only complaint was that I pre-ordered 3 tidbit 40 packs and when picked up the boxes were covered and I mean covered in glaze. The girl (nicely) says I guess someone had glaze on their gloves and hands me some napkins. I ended up with glaze all over my car and upon opening, it appears as if they glazed the box more than the timbits. Did they taste great still-yes, was my truck a mess-yes, lol. Id recommend to repackage if something like this happens in the future because someone else might not be as understanding.

This has to be one of the most neglected Tim Hortons I have been to.

The “Dark Roast” was completely watered down, the donuts were stale, and the inside smelled like dirty mop water was just smeared around.

I certainly will not be back and I can see why there are so many negative reviews and comments on FB about this particular place.
