Just had the most terrible experience here. I waited 20 minutes here for my online order, ordered a a Baja chicken wrap ,and was given the wrong order. Very frustrating

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 meals was told it would be done at 9:15 came in at 9:20 to pick it up was not even started but kept working on other orders received my food almost 40 mins later after the drive thou was not busy nor the lobby…the worker kept moaning and groaning as if she was mad that I placed an order ahead of time almost had to cancel my order because they could not get my order out in a timely manner when it was supposed to be done very disappointed in this place

So friday night i was at the Marysville Hot Wheels car cruise with my car. I was boxed in on all sides and my son and I wanted a smoothie. But they had the doors locked so we went to the drive thru. They would not sell us a smoothie because we were not in a car and they would not unlock the doors to let us in to order and then go. Will never go to a tropical smoothie cafe again. Will be writing the headquarters about it!!!
Food is pretty good some healthy choices. Good drinks too. Pretty expensive $20 for a wrap and a smoothie.

They need to shut this place down. My first & last time there and my smoothie tasted like water. I paid over $7 for flavored water. The candy straw was sweeter than that so-called smoothie.
