“I had my baby shower hosted at Kate’s and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food absolutely incredible but the team at Kate’s is just unmatched! Communication with Kate was effortless and I felt very heard and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop things off before the shower and when we arrived an hour before the event started, they had everything decorated for us and all set up! It was so nice to just be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details. The staff was so professional and kind, they waited on us and our guests hand and foot—making sure we had anything and everything we needed. They helped tear down after the event and packaged up all the extra food up for us to take home. I would host an event here any time I could, it’s a well oiled machine and they have everything rehearsed and well thought out. The care, hospitality and kindness that Kate’s exemplifies is just unmatched and we were so lucky to have our event there. The staff are welcoming and accommodating to every need. Nicky was our server on our most recent visit - she is such a delight. But no joking JOE was on the ball. Not just with us. But I was watching how he was treating the other guest in our section. Very Good Sever. Thank you Joe!! We were at table 324-1 5-5-2022. 4270 24th Avenue. I just wish we could gave joe a bigger tip. But with me being out of work since October 2021. Due to my health problems... this was our first time out to eat together since last year. Hopefully when things get better with me We will be able to come back to You All at Texas Road house. . “We love freshii and as a family eat there on weekends frequently. Our one complaint is they do not have a change table in the washroom. They offer free meals to kids on weekends and cater to families but have no way to change your baby or toddlers diaper. I have brought it up to staff 4 times now over a year but no change table has been installed.“

“Always love their pizza and side options. The BBQ chicken pizza is my go to. I tried their popcorn chicken BBQ chicken pizza this time. Over all good but not a huge fan of the popcorn chicken version. I wanted the popcorn chicken to be crispier and to have better flavor. Over all kinda bland. Would stick with the regular BBQ chicken pizza version. Never a bad choice!I do wish their prices were a bit lower or if they offered better coupons more often like other chains. Unfortunately, I don't get Jet's as often as others due to the price. But Jet's is one of my favorite places if I want to treat myself. :)“
