Speed of service was a bit slow but I don't mind waiting a bit longer for good food. Everything was great! Food was hot, wasn't just thrown together and was delicious. The prices were kind of steep though. They should give you more bang for your buck.

Tried to eat here on sat. they have sit down service. we sat down at a table an older waitress was at the table adjacent to use taking another order. after taking that order she hands us menu's from across the other booth and says "I'll be right back". she never came back to serve us!!! we watched as another young waitress came in and out with food for other patrons 5 or 6 times, very efficient at her job and should be commended! Our waitress still had not come back to our table! when she did finally come back out she removed dishes from another table took them to the kitchen and then came back out to wash that table. meanwhile we are still sitting there menu's in plain sight and no one helped us! this is not a huge restaurant she had to walk by every time unexcuseable . this was about 20 to 30 mins of waiting we finally said forget it and walked out! they were busy but the majority of tables had already been served so thats not an excuse. if I could leave zero stars I would. definitely will not be back or recommend anyone going there for their lack of service. Ended up going to culvers instead and got speedy friendly service with good food at a good price, even though they were busy. This A&W could learn alot from them.
The food is good and hot. The root beer is great. Just a fun place to go.

The definition of slow and it’s not just certain times. I don’t think I’ve ever spent less than 15 minutes in the drive thru even when there’s no one in front of you. But today there’s ten cars in line so I walk inside to order and you can’t? Or at least no one came to the counter and there’s no menu on the wall, kind of weird, I stood around for 5 minutes before leaving. This location is a black eye for the A&W brand

The food was tasty and was provided as ordered. The reason why it did not get 5 stars is because the manager claiming the only toilet stall in the Men's Room as his private break room for over 30 minutes. I was one of three patrons who repeatedly entered the bathroom needing to use it, but was unable to. FINALLY a man in his 30s(?) with a red beard exited wearing an A&W shirt. Other employees said this was their manager who frequently taked long breaks in there. Weird. Does he not have an office or desk?
