I will not be going to this location anymore. I stopped by to pick up chicken tenders and root beer for my dad's birthday and have the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. To start off, the only good thing I have to say is the employees were nice. I ordered a little over $100 worth of food and drink, and the way they put my food order in I was overcharged by about $10. I should have known something was up when they did not give me my receipt, and were hesitant when I asked for it. I purchased two half gallons of their root beer and they put them into plastic bags. They were tipped on their side for a couple of minutes before I arrived home, and when I pulled them out of the bag they were covered in root beer and there was a lot of root beer pooled at the bottom of the bag. Then when taking the root beer out of the bag it got all over me and soaked through four layers of clothes. This is something that I get for my dad every year on his birthday and I've never had a bad experience before. This was the one time I decided to try a different location due to it being closer to where I was today. I can definitely say that I will not be returning to this location.

I got the double bacon cheeseburger that was very good, then I also got chili cheese fries which tastes like cold fries with tomato sauce and cheese on it did not resemble chili at all they were gross.
Overpriced for fast food. Quality of all the meat is significantly less than competition.

A&W has always been a family favorite of ours. Between the Coney Dogs, The Olive Burgers, The Cheese Curds, and the rest of the menu, there's always something to find to enjoy. We don't make it there as often as we'd like, but we always enjoy it when we do. My daughter swears by the cheeseburgers. It's just an all around good family meal, in a pleasant atmosphere.
