Speed of service was a bit slow but I don't mind waiting a bit longer for good food. Everything was great! Food was hot, wasn't just thrown together and was delicious. The prices were kind of steep though. They should give you more bang for your buck.
The food was tasty and was provided as ordered. The reason why it did not get 5 stars is because the manager claiming the only toilet stall in the Men's Room as his private break room for over 30 minutes. I was one of three patrons who repeatedly entered the bathroom needing to use it, but was unable to. FINALLY a man in his 30s(?) with a red beard exited wearing an A&W shirt. Other employees said this was their manager who frequently taked long breaks in there. Weird....
