Litterally always get our food wrong. Not a special order or anything. Haven't been here in a year because of this exact issue. Tried to get the seasonal gobbler today, got home and it's not either of their advertised turkey sandwiches. It was a plain turkey sandwich, no cheese no seasoning no bacon no onion straws. It wasn't the gobbler nor the club. So disappointed. As usual this isn't what I ordered. 😔

While the staff was very friendly! The restaurant it's self was not clean. And there was a horrible smell coming from within the restaurant, not sure what that was about. Made me so sick I could barely eat the food. On the postive side, The food was hot and they were quick to make it!

Undependable and always understaffed. Far too often tell you to sit in wait in the parking lot for your order to come. Straight out lie to you on how long it will be. Too bad decent product decent people

Refer to my Facebook see the picture of what I got for a buffalo chicken sandwich and see the picture of how they advertise the Buffalo sandwich then you do the math then also look at all the reviews and after the reviews there's a customized message to apologize if there's a customized message to apologize there's obviously a problem with the location because they have so many complaints they have to just hit send on the same message to everybody not good maybe change your management I'll come down straighten it out if you'd like give me a call need somebody like me that's done food for people in this town

Ordered a double roast beef and a plain chicken sandwich. We really had a single and a half of roast beef and the chicken sandwich which was suppose to be plain but had everything on it so was not happy we had to switch sandwiches

Waited 20 minutes for my meal, just to receive the wrong one. When I went back in to let them know i got the wrong sandwich the woman said "oh I know". So, was I purposely given the wrong sandwich in hopes I wouldn't notice? I ordered the chicken bacon and Swiss with no honey mustard, I got a chicken bacon and Swiss with EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD ONLY.I normally don't have such terrible service, but this was outrageous that I was purposely given the wrong sandwich.
