I ordered to dine-in. I literally watched 3 employees go outside (1 to smoke, 1 to vape & the other stood around). They ALL returned and 1 immediately started bagging food orders. I know for certian that the one who started bagging food didn't wash their hands. I didn't see the other 2 because they proceeded behind where I could see. I couldn't finish my food after witnessing this! This is concerning and unsanitary!

Food is trash!!! Girl ant the window was very rude, bad attitude & didn’t give me everything I asked for. Everything tasted like it was cooked in the same old grease. Everything was cold and hard. Cookie tasted like it was zapped in the microwave. It was wet and soft from the bag it was in. Disgusting and in the trash were it belongs.Definitely a waste of money. Definitely will not be back. Thanks for ruining my lunch break.

Went through the drive through about 10:15 on a Sunday(they close at 11) and ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 2 mint shakes and a large curly fry. They informed me that it would be about a 5min wait for some fresh fish and asked if that would be alright. Yep. No problem.
Paid at the window, good service there. They asked me to pull up while I waited on the food. No worries.
Waited maybe 5 mins and the food showed up. Drive the less than half mile home to eat. Tried a fry. Terrible. They must have scraped together the last of the fries that had been sitting there for an hour. We could hardly eat them they were so hard.
I called them up to let them know if they ask someone to wait for fresh fish, they might want to give them fresh fries as well. I wasn't looking for any compensation. Really just wanted to make that suggestion. Apparently that's all I was to do.
I'd like to think it was a phone issue but the line went dead like they hung up.

Litterally always get our food wrong. Not a special order or anything. Haven't been here in a year because of this exact issue. Tried to get the seasonal gobbler today, got home and it's not either of their advertised turkey sandwiches. It was a plain turkey sandwich, no cheese no seasoning no bacon no onion straws. It wasn't the gobbler nor the club. So disappointed. As usual this isn't what I ordered. 😔

While the staff was very friendly! The restaurant it's self was not clean. And there was a horrible smell coming from within the restaurant, not sure what that was about. Made me so sick I could barely eat the food. On the postive side, The food was hot and they were quick to make it!

Undependable and always understaffed. Far too often tell you to sit in wait in the parking lot for your order to come. Straight out lie to you on how long it will be. Too bad decent product decent people
