I keep seeing ads for the peppermint stick capacino, had to try it. What I got looked nothing like the ad. Just a plain capacino with slight taste of peppermint. That was it. Very disappointed.

Order 3 drinks today 2 peppermint sticks and a sugar cookie latte, the was no peppermint flavor added and no crushed peppermint on the drink. The drive thu lady even asked the employee if he was okay, clearly needs more training, will not return sticking with Starbucks, at least you can test the flavors in their coffees

I wish bigbys had more seating that is more secluded. There's often a lot of people sitting inside, and it gets very loud and difficult to have a conversation with someone. People meet here for business, which is great, but they need more private seating or a way to make it not so loud. They have tables crowded together to fit more people in, but it's hard to speak and focus when a table 3 feet away is talking and their voices are loud because of acoustics or something.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable environment, and DRIVE THROUGH!!!! The manager is amazing. There was some creep and she handled it while remaining professional. The nicest people, great customer service ! It asked me to update my review again, but it remains the same opinion.

I've been to this location a couple of times thinking the previous time was a mishap. The service is super slow, the bagels are always burnt and they stopped including the toppings on drinks. Pretty disappointing
