I keep seeing ads for the peppermint stick capacino, had to try it. What I got looked nothing like the ad. Just a plain capacino with slight taste of peppermint. That was it. Very disappointed.
Amazing staff as always, they always know what I might wanna try that new. Amazing levels of customer service too! I could never pick a favorite barista because I simply adore them all!
I wish bigbys had more seating that is more secluded. There's often a lot of people sitting inside, and it gets very loud and difficult to have a conversation with someone. People meet here for business, which is great, but they need more private seating or a way to make it not so loud. They have tables crowded together to fit more people in, but it's hard to speak and focus when a table 3 feet away is talking and their voices are loud because of acoustics or something.
