Ownership needs to take a bigger role in training, development and just making sure employees pay attention to what they're doing and have knowledge of the service they offer.
Only about half the people working there seem to care.
Latisha was helpful though.
I wonder if the owners even care enough to take an active role.
It doesn't seem like it.
My order is right about 1/3 of the time. I've given up calling and waiting yet longer for it to be fixed. I don't know why I keep trying.
Your delivery guy is awesome though. Think it'd be OK if I asked him to swing by one of the other places that pays attention when they're putting an order together, and grab me something next time? I'll pay the delivery charge or whatever.
