We ordered pizza the night before Thanksgiving, one of the busiest nights for delivery. I wasn't surprised when the order was placed; they said it would take an hour for delivery. To our surprise, it was here in 25 minutes, piping hot pizza, just as I had ordered it. The woman who delivered was very friendly. She said she'd come to Mason to help with deliveries. Big win on a busy night.

Number one I was told 15 minutes for my order waited a half an hour. Said my sandwich was in the oven. When I got home to Leslie, my sandwich was not a fresh sandwich. I was very very very disappointed. I did get two free pizza, medium pizzas with one topping I won’t be using them. I used to get calzones all the time. I ordered an Italian sub today and I was never so disappointed in my entire life.

I used their $6.99 mix and match deal to get two antipasto salads. The salads were huge and delicious. Our family loves their pizza too.

This is hard. The line staff person was handling a situation just fine. I ordered online and my order didn't go thru. Disappointed and frustrated I wanted to go and order my food. A female with blue hair used for id purposes only, interrupted the young man helping me. She repeatedly insisted I call another store to see if my order was there. I repeatedly insisted I just wanted to order pizza and I was not interested in her rude interruption of the person. To which she responded, you talk to me I'm the manager. I again stated, I want to order pizza. She then escalated by saying I could leave. I said I want to order pizza. To which she responded I won't be disrespected. To which I said you just disrespected him and I want to order pizza. She walked away finally. But jeeze.... I am a business owner. 1. Never done in hot. 2) let your staff handle situations they are already handling 3) get a bit more training in customer service. She escalated when it was not necessary and really made me and her staff feel uncomfortable.
Please get rid of the phone system you have, it's incredibly inconvenient. My call doesn't need to be routed to Idaho or California call centers when my pizzeria is a quarter mile away!

Had to place a last minute big order for bunch of people the morning of. Showed up and they were working hard at the order and got it out quickly. Super nice people too as they helped carry food out to my car as well

Only issue with the pizza was there was no cheese (also no pepperoni and veggies were raw, but I can deal). We ordered a classic special. I questioned the original toppings, thinking I altered the order, but nope.
Ps - don't bother Howie's staff for replying in attempts to make it right, I'm just letting you and the public know so that from now on, everyone can get cheese on their pizza
