Definitely has a couple of times when it tastes different or not cooked quite right. But that's all staff issue. There is a couple who are absolutely amazing at their job and it tastes very good when they do it.

Today I went through the drive thru to get my order and I’d like to say the new management team was absolutely fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. They even took the time to ask for my feedback on my order wow no way they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Plus they were friendly and knowledgeable. I would say give Mason little Caesar’s another chance if u had a bad experience because this new team is trying hard to give back to the community with exceptional customer service.! My order was amazing and fresh!!!

They have the hottest ?? when you get home with them. I love their stuffed crust ?, especially with ham toppings. Their supreme ?is not bad either. But what I love the most is the price, you get your money's worth when you get their delicious ??. I miss not having one in Holt ?but I know that I can go right down the street to Mason and pick one up ?.

Come here often on lunch. Before covid they always had everything but now it seems they don’t have a hot and ready, ready or no breadsticks. I’m sorry but it’s lunch, you know a rush is coming, stock up!!!!

Ordered a pizza then they missed up the toppings , decided to close store 2 hours early.so couldn’t get pizza fixedStill ate the pizza cause we were hungry called the store and she wouldn’t do anything about the problem at hand, she even hung the phone up on
Food is horrible. Got to wait 10-15 minutes for cheese pizza every time. Go to drive thru, and Marijuana smells just come out of the drive-thru window. Better service across the street at hungry howies. If I gotta wait for cheese pizza. Matter as well pay $2 extra and get better pizza.

Gave me the wrong pizza, and there was hair in it. A little disappointed I expected better no hair nets or nothing also saw no gloves. All around not great experience for me or my children.
