The manager went above and beyond for me today! I accidentally placed an order at the Marcos on Cedar in Lansing instead of Mason. The manager cancelled the order and quickly made my order in just a few minutes! I appreciate your wonderful service! Everyone loved the pizza! :-)

I previously wrote a poor review for Marcos Mason. This evening we gave the restaurant another try and it was very good. It had both friendly staff and quality pizza. We will be return customers.

Very disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian pizza bowl and it came FULL of pepperoni. My husband's pizza was fine but mine was not

Our school is always encouraging kids to have their parents get pizza from Mason Marco's on Thursday's during the school year. Normally, this Marco's does a good job. However, tonight was a total MISS. By the time I had a moment to stop working to eat dinner, it was too late to return the pizza. Had I known sooner, I would have driven the 10 miles back to the store to return it.
I ordered this online, so there was no communication error, and my emailed receipt and the receipt on the pizza box showed the same order. So you would think it would be correct right, wrong. I paid $32 for this large create your own pizza. It had multiple items that were double amounts, extra cheese and tripple tomatoes. Nothing was doubled, no extra cheese and a total of 3.5 slices of tomatoes. I know what this should have looked like because I usually order the exact same pizza from the Leslie, MI Marco's, and this pizza from Mason Marco's didn't even look close.
Make sure you check your order if you order from here, or whoever is picking it up checks.
Very disappointed!

So i really hate the ordering app but the food is so good i keep coming back. Pizzas are always generously topped, prepared well and delicious! This location has good service most of the time but i have had a few hiccups... still the best pizza shop in town and Mason is full of pizza places.

This place is great. The food is always hot and tasty, the service is always friendly and overall it's a good value. Everybody else either tastes like cardboard and/or their prices suggest they have a much higher opinion of themselves than reality. I wish they had one in Eaton Rapids but fortunately I work across the street so I can just pick it up on the way home. I get the appearance the franchise owners actually work there and they do a good job of controlling quality because they have a vested interest in it. I hope they don't change a thing.
